Amazing Joe's Grill

Located across from the beautiful White River in Muncie, Indiana is this gem of a restaurant. Don't let the full lot scare you, as there is parking across the street, and the wait was not bad, and well worth it! The N'awlin's Pasta was on point with red and green Bell Pepper strips, Chicken and Shrimp over Angel Hair Pasta topped with Parmesan. The Amazing Cheesy Fries were Amazing with bacon, jack and cheddar with ranch on the side. The 3 sides were excellent (green beans with bacon, broccoli [greenest I have ever seen] and baked loaded potato). My wife's Fall Off The Bone Ribs were a half rack of tender, juicy ribs smothered with an Amazing BBQ Sauce. The service was unbelievable as she must have checked in with us at least a dozen times (Jaden). The atmosphere was clean, cool, and interesting.

My first time eating at non chain restaurant in Muncie and it was great. The grilled tenderloin sandwich was recommended by a friend and I’m glad they did because it’s very good. I’ve never heard of chopped peanuts on coleslaw but now it’s my new favorite. I will definitely be returning to try more things.

Remember before COVID when restaurants were fun to go to? When they had plenty of helpful staff? That’s Amazing Joe’s….today.
From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by 4 smiling faces, welcoming us and asking for our seating preference. As soon as we were seated, our waitress came up with a smile and asked how we were doing. Since it was our first time, she told us what was popular and her personal favorites (pork tenderloin and any of the pastas).
Not long after we ordered, all of our food came out together and it was great.
What a wonderful place. Very refreshing. We highly recommend.

Omg this is our new favorite local place to eat!! We've been there 2 times now, and both times... food, drink, service... on point!!

First time coming here. Friendly service, place was hopping busy. We had the fried tenderloin (shared it because it was a large portion) and it was fantastic, fries were hot and crispy. We had to try the peanut slaw… and it was really really good. Will definitely be back.

Had dinner with family members from Winchester. We were seated almost immediately! Had super great service and awesome food. Could not pass up on the onion rings or shrimp cocktail! Will be back again soon!!

The wait is not bad on busy nights. We were seated right away on Monday night.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always good! The music is great! And this is a clean place, even the bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Place was packed. Lots of parking though to keep up with it. Have a secondary lot. Food was really good. Drinks went down easy. A lot of great choices to pick from and all very tasty. The servers were nice as well and kept up with conversation. Even with how packed it was, the wait was only around 15 minutes.

We love coming here. The employees are always super friendly and the food is delicious. The portion sizes are great. I order the grilled shrimp most of the time and love that it comes with rice and two sides. I always seem to order the green beans because they are so delicious. The salads are also always amazing and super fresh. My favorite day to come here is on Sunday because they have a margarita special on that day. And their margaritas are super yummy. I ordered the frozen strawberry margarita and it is out of this world.

this food is absolutely amazing. experience has been fantastic since we hit the door. husband had the best ribs that he's ever had, flavorful and falling off the bone. generous portions, the bread that they bring is far better than any other "appetizer" bread we've had anywhere. our waitress, Liv, was very friendly and attentive. highly recommend. wide variety of options on the menu and presentation of all items was beautiful

The title of the restaurant is true it was amazing! The ribeye steak was the best I’ve had in a long time, the salad dressing was home made which in my book makes a restaurant better! The baked potatoes were perfect, and the cocktail was exceptional! As an extra bonus the bar tender was a great gal, very friendly and accommodating! Wish I could give ten stars it’s not often my husband and I have a sitter and our night was lovely

I LOVED almost everything about this restaurant! The food was wonderful, the bacon alfredo was so good and the chicken bbq was very good too! The service was excellent. What I didn't like was that we were seated under the stairs and had to listen to people constantly running up and down the stairs. I also didn't like being seated in the room with the bar and the TV playing. If I wanted to watch TV while I ate I would have gone to a sports bar. Next time I go back I will ask to not be seated there.

Love this place! Since Amazing Joe's does not accept reservations, we called to find out how long the wait was. We were surprised how full the parking lot was for the time estimate of 5-15 minutes but the hostess assured us that it was correct. We did get seated right at the 15 minutes and was quickly checked on by the server. Food was brought out in no time and Rose did a great job checking in on us!! I usually get the chicken parmesan dinner and my husband gets the ribeye. He says it's the best steak in town. The food and service is always great here, highly recommend checking it out!

As far as Muncie goes, their steaks are hard to beat. They have a variety of great options too. We also love the Italian chicken nachos. Service has always been great as well. The waits can be pretty long at busy times, but for good reason.

Great food. Friendly service. Clean bathrooms good music. The tenderloin was delicious. The mozzarella sticks and sauce were tasty. My daughter had the wings and said they were just right. Husband had the chopped steak, again a hit. Nice stop on our road trip.

First time visit to this place and very impressed with the great selection of menu items and the wonderful staff.
