I have been seeing Dr. Trout since I was a kid & now I take my kids to see him! All the hygienist have always been great & personable. I have had many fillings, a crown & wisdom teeth pulled. My experience has always been great. All the staff really do care about their patients. Melissa in the office is the best! She has helped me so many times when issues have come up with insurance or whatever else I needed. I can't not recommend Dr. Trout's office enough!

I had a broken front tooth and needed an emergency repair. The best office administrator in town, Melissa, immediately took my information over the phone and worked me into a very busy schedule for a late appointment. The office was clean and professional and Melissa was so kind, helpful and encouraging. Dr. Trout was very professional, easy to talk to and assured me that everything would be fine. He answered my few questions and he then got right to work on my tooth. He has amazing skills. Looking in the mirror afterwards, I honestly could not tell that I had a repair done. My tooth looks so natural, it does not appear to have had any repair work at all. The look and feel of my new tooth is exceptional. I would gladly recommend Dr. Trout to anyone needing dental care. The entire staff was kind, helpful and professional and I will definitely be using Dr. Trout for all my dental needs in the future.

I am always happy to be in Dr. Trout's office, even though I used to dread going to past dentists as a young person! Everyone I have encountered who works with Dr. Trout has been extremely kind, caring, and friendly. As a mom, I have seen my children thrive and enjoy their visits to the dentist. Our hygienist makes them feel welcome, let's them watch their favorite show, and has become someone they love to see! At the front desk, we are always greeted with a smile and cared for tenderly. When Dr. Trout comes to work with us, he is extremely kind and attentive to our needs as well. I recently had an issue that caused me to return multiple times. He made sure to keep at it until everything was absolutely correct. They have worked with our schedule, our children, and any other issue we have. When you become Dr. Trout's patient, you are in good hands. I now see a dentist visit as more like a trip to the day spa! There is no more dread, only gratitude.

So incredibly kind, helpful and respectful! The entire staff has went out of their way to help me with a new set of dentures. Due to breast cancer treatments I unfortunately lost my teeth and Dr Trout has been so amazing during this process and has made me feel comfortable which isn’t easy because I’ve always had a fear of going to the Dentist and the entire staff has been AMAZING

Love the entire office! Everyone is friendly and puts me at ease. I've been going to Dr. Trout for years and have always felt that myself along with my family are in great hands. He's very caring about his patients, along with his staff! A+ all around! Highly recommend!!!

Many of us experience anxiety over the dentist. I recently moved and needed to choose a new provider. I did some research and decided I would try Dr. Trout's office. It turns out, that was an excellent decision.

Every single person on the staff treated me with respect and compassion. And I've never had such a thorough explanation of my dental health/history than the one provided by Dr. Trout. In addition, I never felt uncomfortable or anxious while getting my cleaning.

It's of note that I chose to travel a bit in order to try a dentist that I thought would meet my needs as a patient. I feel like I hit the jackpot. Well worth the trip and I'm scheduled for my next visit in 6 months. Dare I say I'm actually looking forward to seeing everyone again.

I recently relocated to Muncie. I have horrible anxiety about the dentist. One of those reasons is because I am hard of hearing, I read lips, in the dentist office even before covid, everyone’s faces are covered making it very hard to understand what is going on! Some medical professionals do not know how to deal with someone that uses an interpreter- they will talk to the interpreter and not the patient- as if the patient is not capable of understanding. This was not the case. Dr. Trout and his entire staff put me at ease. I felt very comfortable there. They explained EVERY detail of what they were doing and were kind and gentle. I found my dentist! I called the office from Sarasota FL for records and I got sweet Melissa on the line. She is the absolute sweetest! I hope her days are always a as bright as she is :)

I have horrible anxiety over the dentist, but Dr. Trout has always been amazing! Over the last 20+ years, he has never let me down. This week I called for an appointment because my crown had broken. Within 24 hours I was in and out with a new crown, pain free, and without breaking my wallet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been to different dentists and have had horrible experiences. What a wonderful experience! From my 1st call and speaking with Melissa I knew that this would be the right place to go. Melissa made it simple to set up an appointment and listen to my previous experiences and hesitations about Dentists. She put my mind at ease, and was there to listen and help me get an appointment that would fit my schedule.

Doctor Trout and his group treated me like family. They explained the processes and walked me step-by-step through to make sure that I was happy the entire time I was there.

Being able to have my crowns installed in one sitting was great. No need to come back a week later to have my crowns permanently installed.

Happy and would recommend to anyone.

Awesome care! I am a student living 7 hours away from home, and my permanent retainer (put in by an orthodontist several years ago) broke on the weekend. Dr. Trout was nice enough to come in on a Saturday and fix it right away. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing dental care!

I was in at 9 am and out by 11 am with my new crown! Much of this time I was able to walk around, watch TV, etc. I got to watch Dr. Trout design my crown on his computer and watch it being digitally created in another room! This dentist got me over my fear of dentists. I have had indifferent dentists in the past who were unresponsive to my feedback that a procedure (novacaine injections for example) were painful. Dr. Trout listened to me. He did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable--and he is an excellent dentist. His staff is caring and considerate. He will be my dentist for as long as he is willing!

I had dental implants put in to hold my bottom dentures correctly in my mouth. I was scared to have them done, but Dr Trout and his staff put my mind at ease. For the first time in years no adhesive, they fit and feel like real teeth. Couldn’t be happier.

I have not been treated in the office. But I called the office to check prices. I had lost a partial on a trip, and was so upset due to that and the price to replace it. I am disabled and on a very fixed income. The staff at the office were so very helpful, kind and considerate. They helped send me in the right direction, even though it wasn't with their office. To me, that in it's self goes to say how they treat people in their office and out. When I do need dental work, this will be the place I go. I will also tell everyone I can about my experience with them.
