Silvertree Communities

I really enjoy Silvertree communities! I used to live here 5 years ago in an apartment and even though I had a terrible Roomate due to subleasing, the staff was amazing.
It’s the whole reason why I’m back again! I am now in their townhomes.
The things that made them stand out and be my number one pick was:
-Their staff is always courteous and willing to help you with any problem or questions you have.
- Their maintenance crew is awesome! They always keep you upto date about your maintenance requests and get their tasks done fairly promptly. And they even let you know if things are busy and might take a moment.
-which leads me to their next thing which is Communication! They are so easy to talk to and have many ways to reach out to them- and as long as it’s business hours , they answer almost right away.

They are one of the most trustworthy landlords I’ve ever dealt with. They are upfront and honest and they’ll be real with you.
Plus they have Resident appreciation days where they’ll buy us breakfast, have a pool party, grill out, party games with prizes and so much more!!
I love this community and I feel like it’s so safe!

I’m on my second lease and I really like it here. The leasing office is really nice and makes sure I’m taking care of. I love the fact that there’s tanning, gym, and a pool. Not to mention the price is great!!

Absolutely love living here!! The staff is the most friendly, caring, and helpful Ive ever experienced and the new renovations are so amazing it really made a huge difference and the rent is still really affordable! Would most definitely recommend living here!

My girlfriend is a resident here and the apartments are really nice for the price. Im going to be moving in with her once my lease is up. I’ve come in w her to the office and the staff is always friendly

I loved living at Silvertree, so much that I am moving back in February. The staff is so nice and polite, maintenance requests are usually fixed relatively quickly, and most of the residents are very kind. You have access to a great pool and fitness center, and parking is never an issue. The grounds staff do a great job ensuring the complex looks appealing and that the apartments are clean and ready for move in. The price is great for what you get!

Compared to other student housing this is the best for the price. If you are thinking about BSUrentals I would very heavily suggest you don't. I live at the main Silvertree section literally right across from the leasing office and anytime I have issues they are fixed very quickly. The AC and heat work great, so great in fact in the summer I put the temperature up a bit because I have a clock-thermometer here and it is usually cooler than what the AC says. You can have your packages sent to the office if you are worried about porch pirates. I asked the landlord and they let me put in a camera so I feel extra safe. In my opinion it is better to be farther from campus and have better amenities because the drive isn't even that bad its so quick and easy. I live in a three bedroom with roommates and love the space! Compared to other student housing apartments it might be only slightly smaller, but you really do not feel it. Compared to the bigger places my friends have lived at Silvertree's apartments are way cleaner and nicer and don't have any weird smells. The rent is great for the space and you really feel at home. Utilities are easy to pay and if you're not going crazy then they are very reasonable. The staff has been so sweet every time I go in. When I first moved in I saw one (very small) bug but they came and sprayed and neither me nor my roommates have seen any more. Laundry is in the unit and very easy to use! The people who live here are also really nice and friendly and I have had no problems with noise or anything with neighbors. Great first apartment or for someone who wants something cheaper. Could not recommend this place enough especially in comparison to other student places in Muncie. I would be more than happy to talk to anyone who is considering moving here and has questions, I'm not with the leasing office or anything so I will give you my unbiased opinion if you have specific questions. 10/10

Silvertree is great! The staff is so nice and welcoming! They knew my name by the second time I went into the office. They are always respectful and do their best to answer any questions. I’ve worked with the leasing manager when needed and she’s been awesome as well. They always have promotions going on and resident events. My dog won pet of month and they gave him a basket full of goodies. Those little things like that really show they care! Maintenance so quick to fix problems, big or small. You can tell that everyone here cares. It’s a great place to live!

been here a year and a half now 3 bedroom apartment is pretty big for an apartment. Never had any trouble with any employees or other residents so thats a plus was expecting parties but i think iv only rlly heard 1 or 2. maintenance for the most part shows up pretty quickly only negative thing is they probably need more training but they do try it seems. As for electric i wish simple bills wasnt used my lowest bill was around 35 and my highest i think was 170 but i blare my ac to a cool 65 in the summer 24/7 For my first apartment in central indiana id def rent again

Silvertree Communities have been awesome to me. Starting with the actual place itself, we had issues with the ceiling leaking from the apartment above us. The maintenance guys were there time after time until it finally got fixed. The maintenance guys are fast, efficient and some of the nicest guys I've personally ever met. The apartments are decent for what you pay. Rent is cheap and the living space is adequate.

As for the office, there has been very little turnover in my three years with them. I'm in there once a month (the office, not the gym, which is sectioned off from the leasing office) yet they know my name personally and usually can rattle off my apartment info. They are business-like minded people that want to get their jobs done, but at the end of the day they are people just like us and they go out of their way to show that. I've never had even a slightly less than ideal experience with any of them!

Speaking of the gym, it's a small weight room so if you're looking for a lot of machines or room, this may not be for you. That being said, the weight room is perfect for the casual person. They have three treadmills (2 really, really nice and new ones), two ellipticals and a stationary bike. They have a bench press, leg press, row machine and a couple other machines. Oh, not to mention a decent sized pool and two tanning beds, among other awesome amenities, all free with your rent.

Overall, my three years living here have been nothing but a positive. I recommend it to anyone that wants to experience high level living at a low level cost!

Living in Silvertree was a great experience for me and my roommates. This is my second year with Silvertree and I am still glad to be a resident here. It's completely affordable compared to other student housing complexes. The apartments include washers/dryers which I never really had issues with. I am grateful for how clean the apartments were when I moved in, too. Definitely recommended, especially if it's your first apartment.

This has been my 1st experience off campus living in my own place and I have enjoyed my comfy apartment this year with my roommates. I can say I have always felt safe here and that means a lot! I will miss my kitchen and those lovely big cabinets & the marble counters! Not to mention I enjoyed having access to the computer labs and the pool! My favorite place to be was in the tranquil workout room. The motivational words on the wall were a nice touch to the room. I haven't had any issues living here and I would recommend Silver Tree properties to anyone in search of an affordable, comfortable and highly accommodating apartment.

I really like living at silvertree. I like all the amenities offered, that everything is renovated with all new appliances, as well as the staff being super friendly and caring.

I have lived at at Cardinal Vista (an additonal property of Silvertree Communties) for about a year and a half. I have rented from several other complexes prior to this and have had unpleasant experiences. The apartments I moved into were clean and I knew exactly what expect when I moved in. Silvertree Communities and their entire staff have been incredibly helpful. They have not played any games with my deposit money which is has been a problem with other places in the past. After my first lease I switched to a hardwood flooring unit and it was actually a major inconvenience to the staff due to timing of the move. They were as flexible as possible and helped make the move as easy as can be. Toward the end of my stay with Silvertree a very delicate situation had developed that put me in a position to move back to my hometown and while they only had a sublease clause to get out of my lease, they were again patient, understand, and flexible with my situation. We worked out a deal that worked for me and them. I am grateful for their help and their patience. Also a shout out to the Property Manager Jennifer as she went above and beyond to help me. I would give extra credit on this review if I could.

We lived at Silvertree for two years. It was a great place to live. Never had any problems minus a few minor fixes and maintenance took care of that. Nice gym too! Walls within the apartment unit are thin but very well insulated between apartment units. I never heard my neighbors. Silvertree for the win!

The staff is very helpful and the property is a great location for Ball State students! My son has lived there for three years and we've never had any issues! Would happily recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great, affordable place to live!

Best bang for your buck! I've lived in Muncie for 7 years now, in 4 different apartment complexes. Silvertree community has by far given me the best return on my investment. You can't beat all the amenities and services that they provide here with the pool, free tanning, pop machine, and all the other amenities available in the club house. The office staff is amazing friendly and always more than helpful. Any time we had an issue with our apartment, the maintenance crew was there right away to help (even at 4 AM on a Saturday in the dead of winter). I've now lived here for 3 years and just signed another lease on one of their townhomes. The apartments are ridiculously nice for what we pay, and the townhomes are nothing short of that either. Especially now that they offer both carpet and hardwood floors. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience here at Silvertree and would recommend taking a look to anyone.

I live in the Sunreach apartments of Silvertree and I love it. Very spacious living rooms and bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice and well kept. They are pet friendly and most people that live around us have cats or dogs. The kitchen is small but you don't need a lot of space when only one person is cooking in there. Parking can be difficult at times on a weekend, but you can usually find a spot near your building.

Very friendly staff! The place I lived was in perfect shape upon move-in. The staff are prompt to answer my questions and assist in any issues I had with my apartment. The office was very welcoming and I loved their extra treats and goodies! ( coffee, donuts, random parties and catered events).

Lindsey has been a huge help to me and my situation and is just a good hearted person. She is always willing to listen and helps in any way possible. She is always smiling and a very compassionate person towards others and her job.

Definitely a 5 star experience and had been the best place to live through my college experience!!

Silver tree Communities has been a blast living at! They offer great, low cost living right next to Ball State for where I live and have many awesome locations to look into. The staff at the leasing office is very helpful and if there's ever a problem, they get right to it and fix it. I'm very highly impressed and will continue being a resident til I graduate.

So far at Silvertree everything is extremely good. Rent is low but you still get a lot of space. The washer and dryer at sunreach is horrible but the office is good about sending people out when there are maintenance issues. The apartments on the 3rd floor have high ceilings and skylights, to help save on electricity. Lots of kitchen space and good appliances (small dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator/freezer combo, stove and oven. Definitely recommend to anyone!
