I scheduled an appointment online, when I arrived I was promptly greeted by a friendly employee. I came in due to my alignment being off and tire pressure light on. Tim completed a through alignment check, and it aligned, tire pressure fixed and even checked the battery within about 30 mins.
This Les Schwab location is conveniently located off Highway 20 in Albany, Oregon, they are very well staffed and always willing to help with any of my car needs.

Matt and Damian are Rock Stars. I appreciate them so much. Definitely worth the 30 mile drive to get professional care. They are above and beyond any service I've ever received at any Les Schwab or other tire shop. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service! Jeff and the team were very quick and proficient and professional. I would say this is a model store, I overheard the team talk with other customers and all the customers were treated very well and the same high respect. I will be back again.

Our tow car got a flat tire during the ice pandemonium. So grateful they were open and got us back on the road in minutes, incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy access for big rigs off Blaine.

A man came up to my car and asked what I was there for and made me feel so welcome and was so patient with me. It was such an easy experience and I left feeling like this was the best experience I’ve had at a male dominated work force going to get something done that I’m not familiar with. The only place I go for my tires. They give options, explain them very well and if i ever need them rotated they do so for free. Not to mention the high level of customer service and they pump air in my tires whenever needed. Last time I was in, an associate noticed I was missing a lugnut and replaced it for free. Thanks Les Schwab!

Stephen gave me exceptional customer service! 10 stars! It was busy when I got there and wait time was 45-1hr. Which was fine with me, I had paperwork to do. I noticed the coffee ran out. I told him about the coffee, he was on it. I forgot to get more coffee because I got fixated on my work in the corner. When he called my name, he asked if I had coffee and I loved the reminder and told him no, I got fixated on my work but I will on my way out and thanked him. Ontop of that, he took the time to explain what my brakes look like because he read the nonverbal confused look on my face, I so appreciate that. I'm kinda deaf and neurodivergant so that really made the experience wholesome. He answered all my questions and explained the condition of my tires and breaks clearly & would pause if I needed clarification. ^___^ great service! I love this location because the employees are great and the atmosphere is productive feeling. Never thought to leave a review till I realized I haven't left a review for this great lesch location. I live in eugene and come here instead. This location is better than the eugene and Corvallis locations. ^___^

This is my go to tire shop. The service is always great ( which is rare) and the prices are fair.

Called in advance about a screw in my tire. Asked about cost to repair. They asked if I had purchased the tires at Les schwab but unfortunately I had just purchased the vehicle and didn't know where the tires came from. They said not to worry they will repair the tire at no charge!

I was getting a Tire Sensor replaced and somewhere along the line a mishap happened and all 4 got replaced when I only needed the one. A very nice gentleman, I believe his name was Dylan, he had glasses and arm tattoos helped me and was so professional and amazing. He was phenomenal and instead of charging me for all 4 they just charged me for the one and it was cheaper than my first quote as well. Every one I dealt with was super nice and apologetic for the mishap but it was a busy Friday so it was totally understandable but then they went above and beyond to make it right. This is my second time coming here and now they definitely have a regular customer. I highly recommend these guys, everyone at this location is awesome and eserves a raise and all the praise!

Les Schwab Tires are a good bet since they know tires. I needed 4 new tires and wanted Made in USA 🇺🇸 considering this is a major purchase. Les Schwab double checked their tires available and we found some great Cooper tires made at a Goodyear plant in the USA. They had the work done in a couple hours.

I have always loved Les Schwab, and my experience today did not disappoint. I love their professional and friendly staff, their clean and inviting facility, the quality of their products, and the value they provide. I highly recommend them to all!
