I worked with Tasha (store manager) today to replace my phone. She was extremely knowledgeable helpful and answered all my questions. By far the best experience at the store since I've started using them for my Verizon needs.

Tasha was super friendly , quick , and professional .I switched Over from Sprint and it was quick and painless. She transferred my phone number , data , pictures , iCloud account and files for me. She even installed the screen protector I bought ! I’m happy. :)

My son purchased a phone from them and was supposed to receive a return package in the mail to return his old phone for an upgrade. We never got the package and went back in the store to see what could be done. The store manager went above and beyond to talk to verizon corporate office to get a package sent to us so we were not charged for his old phone.

Kayla was wonderful, patient & kind while setting up my new phone. Very knowledgeable. I like using this store because of the quality service you get every time. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable about the whole process. She was very nice and friendly and made me feel like one of the family. Very excellent customer service skills!

Great employees, very good service. The employees always know if they have what you are looking for. If they don't know, they find out very quick. And if they don't have the product you are looking for, they will order it for you and you can either have them ship it to your house or to the store. Very awesome people there

I am a 69 year old woman.......After a nightmare of my phone being stolen while at the fair with my grandson, granddaughter, great grandson & great granddaughter and after reporting it.....I realized that I did not remember any of my passwords......Tasha....the beautiful young lady at the Verizon store....humored me and talked to me ...making me totally at ease and erased all my worries!! Then she fitted me with a phone in my price range and totally got everything transfered from my stolen phone to my new one including my long time number.....I admit that I prayed before & during so God gets a lot of credit too & I thanked both God and Miss Tasha....
I AM POSTING THIS SO OTHERS KNOW THAT YOU CAN TOTALLY DEPEND ON TASHA AT THE NAPPANEE VERIZON STORE...SHES PATIENT....KIND.... SMART.....SWEET....DEPENDABLE.....AND SHES VERY BEAUTIFUL ..... THANK YOU AGAIN TASHA...YOU MADE MY NIGHTMARE A FUN EXPERIENCE .....I have been with Verizon for right around 20 years....and I will never change!!!!

Kala super friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I tried the local store instead of the corporate store I usually go to. Way better.

Isaiah was very helpful through the whole process as I never done a contract phone before, and helped me select the phone I wanted.

The service and experience of the staff is excellent and truly cares about the customer, which gives me confirmation that Verizon does a great job in choosing employees for their Businesses!

It was very quiet and when I walked in she asked me “what could I do for you” she helped look for a case . It was quick and she was very polite
