I had an amazing service with Wyatt in the Goshen Store. I was so pleased how his patience with the 65 yr old woman on showing me what to do with my new phone. He's going places in this company. Your lucky to have him.

Wyatt was the best rep I've ever encountered. Very informative, knows his job. Very customer friendly and deserves a promotion. Would go to him for any issues and future purchases.

Not enough stars for how awesome these guys are. 3 days in a row we came in. Everyday they were all so helpful. Thanks to Karla, who took us EVERYDAY and tried everything to take care of us. She did just that, with the help of Wyatt here at the store. They WHOLE crew at the 935 store here in Goshen Indiana. 15 years with Verizon. You get what you pay for. Fantastic crew.

I've had cell phones since we carried them in bags. I was a district manager before in retail and let me tell you that if I had employees as professional as Wyatt, I would be thrilled. He had one of the best attitudes of anyone in customer service I've ever dealt with. This kid is going places fast! Latch on tight Verizon before I find someone to steal him away!
