Went looking to get new strings on my bow. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me order new strings, and look for a possible future upgraded on a bow. Decent selection of product. Overall enjoyed my time there!

Wow! Brought in my 2011 Bowtech Assassin and Josh brought it back to life! Spent a good deal of time with me tuning and setting up the new accessories. When I left, I felt 100% confident in my set up. Top notch bow shop.

Excellent company and great customer service. I had a malfunction on my speed ring for a raven scope i bout a few years ago. I contacted them and they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf for a warranty replacement. They sent me a new scope, only had to pay shipping and handling. They are a company who stands by their products and their customers.

Simply awesome. Im brand new to all of this. Coming from the firearms world I found archery to be much more complicated and lost in a sea of online information. Came into the shop and Josh was awesome. From finding the right draw length, setting up and testing various bows, to discussing options and recommendations. I have had borkholder archery make custom bolts for my last three crossbows I wouldn't want to shoot any other bolts. The difference in accuracy down range is amazing compared to shooting factory bolts. Also a big difference in kinetic energy they pack a punch.

I have shot custom crossbow bolts from Borkholder for 3 seasons and the results have always been perfect. They fly true, and amazingly consistent. I believe consistency and performance in shooting is key to good, ethical success. Borkholder has mastered consistency and perfected performance.

I bought the Diamond Atomic for my grandson who just turned 6. They gave us great service and treated him like royalty. It took about 45 minutes to get draw length and poundage adjusted, with a practice shot after every new adjustment to marke sure fitment is perfect until he gets a little stronger. It's really just the same great service I always get. Thank you!

I had them perform an overhaul on my older Ravin crossbow as well as install a Burris range finding scope. Initial contact was great to build the work order and make deposit. There was a communication hiccup, but they handled it very well and I had the bow back in time for my next hunt.

I ordered custom arrows and when they arrived I noticed that they were cut to the wrong length. I called and left a message about the mix up and within 20 minutes had a call back telling me they were sorry and shipping out the correct length arrows asap with a return label to send back the wrong ones. Truly great customer service is handling a customers issue and correcting a mistake immediately without making the customer jump through hoops. Great job Borkholder Archery. I will continue using this shop for all my archery needs.

I bought my ravin R10 from here 2 years ago and had zero issues never even had to resight it and I hunt hundreds of hours in the woods.. This year 2 years later I got custom strings and some other items threw them just to give the bow a tune up. They are very honest and very good at there jobs I drove over an hour just to do business with them. Their new shop is big and has a lot to offer. Borkholder definitely will continue to have my business!

First time buying a bow. I will never go anywhere else for any of my bow hunting needs. Josh is a top notch owning who helped me get what I needed to get me hooked on bow hunting. 100% worth any distance you have to drive.

Great service. I made a mistake on my order and they called me to make sure it was right. Then Mr. Nolan sent me an e-mail and I asked him a question and he got right back to me! Took us a couple tries to get custom bolts flying good from my nitro 505 but extremely pleased with my groups now. Burkholder Archery treated a first time customer like I've been a lifetime customer. Great customer service, I highly recommend!
