Great people to deal with behind the counter, patient in letting you view or handle multiple firearms to get a feel of what you like and very knowledgeable about their products. Definitely reccomend for anyone looking to beef up their firearm collection with some good deals.

As good as it gets in Elkhart County- they had a great deal on a hard to find item and the customer service both in my pre-visit call and in-store was top notch! They can get super busy on Saturdays but the attention to detail and product knowledge are worth the potential wait. When we had a system price glitch the counter team all made sure I still got the best deal possible and then some- highly recommend for any armament or accessory needs!

Very nice and helpful. We bought 22 shorts ($0.09 per round) at a not too unreasonable cost considering the ammo shortage. Main reason was to get some 410 ammo which they had none at the time. Oh well we will go back again.

I have been to several area gun stores over the years, and have been ignored, talked over, and dismissed at every single one.
Not here, this is my new go-to shop. Every time I shop here I am acknowledged, and my questions are answered. They dont act like I am an inconvenience, or that I am not worth their time. Weirdly enough, they treat women like people! I have shopped other stores with my husband, and even though I am the one asking the questions, they look at my husband when they answer, and treat me like I dont exist. I have purchased a couple guns from this location, and will continue shopping here!

Went there with my buddy to purchase his first firearm and the costumer service was amazing. For it being understaffed right now the wait time to be helped was less than 5 minutes and they made us feel welcome and even tried to keep a conversation going about things to just connect better with the customer. they made it easy the way they helped him figure out the best one for him . answered every question and if they didn’t know they would get another person and at one point they even went as far as calling someone else to help us . 10/10 would recommend first firearm buyers or even 30 year firearm users. outstanding 👍🏼

The first thing you need to have in a business is great costumer service and these people have it. Great costumer service, great explanation on guns. I’m buying another gun for my wife this week, and we are supporting the locals. Nothing is perfect but ever body in this world is always looking for the negative, but I always see the positives of business. Thank you for the arsenal I have at home.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got the gun that I wanted quickly and without issue. The only reason I knocked off 1/2 star was because who I believed was the manager knocked off $20 of the price after I talked him down on it, but another guy rang me up and did not apply the discount. Not too big of a deal and I didn't realize it until I got home because I bought a few other thing along with the gun. Other than that I would definitely buy another gun from them. Decent prices too.

Picked up a firearm that I ordered at the Goshen store. Stanley and Jeff were awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and showed that they have passion for what they do. Great representatives of the ZX organization! Store is very clean and organized with a great selection of items. Live an hour away but I WILL be back!

This Shop has always been amazing to work with the new staff my experience was amazing knowing that I was dealing with a knowledgeable staff. Even with the COVID scare with ammo and firearms they helped find items I couldn’t find, as well find other items I may not have been thinking I needed. Always up selling to help better my sell, ask for any of the crew Stan, Kaitlyn, and Scott they were easy to work with in all aspects of the store. Definitely will continue doing business with ZXGUN.

They carry more accessories than anyone else in the local area and very understanding what I need and what will work. I can't begin to put into words what a great experience I had at ZX Gun. Stan was amazing! He took SO much time to help me and I never felt rushed. (Even when I was still there at closing time!) He has SO much knowledge and made sure I was getting what was perfect for me! I highly recommend ZX Gun! And Stan. The other guys and the girl were also very friendly. Thank you for such a great 1st time experience there.

Great selection and service. I was not pressured into buying anything that I didn't want. This is appreciated because every other gun store I went to tried to up sell me into something I didn't want just to make a bigger sale. Very knowledgeable and helpful and would gladly recommend and buy from here again.
