She also did a great job in sticking to our budget and giving us insight of what works and wouldn’t work. It is the employees that make a store. I go to this Lowes more frequently and any time I need help Denny seems to be everywhere. Always helpful and knows the store well. If you are there in the evening and need help finding something, look for the guy with the beard and the ball cap.

One of the best Lowe's. The team members actually seek you out versus searching for them through the aisles.

I have never had such a great experience at Lowe’s or really anywhere. Heather was who was at the register and she greeted me, helped me with items that I have physical limitations dealing with, looked through the ads and suggested a card to save me money on my purchase. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and made something that could have been stressful, very easy. I have never met anyone with her level of training and friendliness.

Then on the way out I picked up a last minute item that I thought of that I needed at the register that Heather added and said I could grab on the way out and Dani and Selena were kind enough to search everywhere for it, including dealing with pallets and a lot of walking and carrying, all while doing so with smiles on their faces. Best trip ever despite being a difficult customer that was expecting the opposite experience. Great employees here!

I purchase a great deal of my power tools from Lowe's. I really appreciate the Kobalt brand. I shop at Lowe's frequently for all sorts of odds and ends that smaller hardware stores don't carry. The sales here are usually very good, and I keep my eyes open for deals I just can't pass up. I appreciate the fact that Lowe's offers a military discount. Every little bit helps.

I came here to get a key made. Bharat helped me. He was courteous, helpful and patient while letting my daughter choose which key design she wanted.

Everything was clean and stocked. Several staff asked if they could assist me in finding what I was looking for as I walked through the store.

This was the best Lowes I've shopped at. I recommend coming to this one.

I love my local Lowe’s! Easy to find the things I am looking for and the people are friendly. Always able to grab a great deal!

I can not say enough good about two employees working here; Shaina in delivery and Ronnie in the pro center. Ronnie helped us get everything we needed and then even went above and beyond to get everything to us, even driving to another store then get what we were missing. Shaina never got annoyed when I asked a ton of questions and always researched into what was going on and called me back. They were both kind and knowledgeable and you can’t ask for more than that!

I had an issue with the ability to install a dishwasher. Fearing that I would have an issue returning the item, the return desk crew went above and beyond to help with the return. Excellent customer service.

Just want to give the Goshen store a "shout-out".... they're always ready and willing when I come in with my children to find home project items! I especially want to say THANKS to Jessica in the paints department for going the extra mile for me in mixing a paint for me, even when she was on her way to clock out! She was an answer to prayer, because she was the only one who knew exactly what I wanted! (A paint called "pickling spice"!) 😊
