I had an issue with a UPS package that I dropped off at Ace. January Morris, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me and help me resolve the issue, even though it was technically UPS’s domain. Customer-oriented service and extraordinarily helpful interactions like this keep you coming back to a place time and time again.

Shout out to January and his team for creating an amazing environment for their customers! Very impressed and thankful.

Got a filter for my furnace a couple dollars cheaper than the big box stores. Staff was very friendly. Nothing like shopping in a small town hardware store.

It was a very clean and organized store. Employee s very polite and helpful I enjoyed my trip to this store I purchased gift cards for family for Christmas 🎁

Friendly people and fast service

Nice people. They made sure i had what i needed. The only thing i can complain about is their price on the Oakley items they have. The tags on the items tell you the retail and its clear on how much mark up they are getting. I shop Oakley regularly and i know i can get it cheaper through Oakley. The limited selection is a nice collection. Other than the price its authentic and nice.

Incredibly friendly customer service!
I needed some pad locks for a trailer and they were so helpful... especially when the first three sets wouldn't fit. They kept trying to get me something that would work so I could get on the road back to Texas. You just don't get that level of customer care in many places anymore!

This Ace is the cleanest, most friendliest Ace I have ever been to. It is a true hidden gem and the people are very nice here. It reminds you of your hometown hardware store. I would just go visit the store just to say hi.

Stopped in for 2-stroke oil, learned allot about the new battery powered lawn tools, will stop back to purchase, very helpful staff.

Every time i go here i feel like the customer service couldn't be better. It doesn't matter what Stickley Ace you visit they really have the best customer service. Not to mention great sales.

Just move to the area and stopped in for an item. They were EXTREMELY helpful that I'll continue to shop there for items I need for my new home. Very friendly and the best customer service 😁

It may not be the cheapest place to buy things but they've always had things I've needed in a pinch and always plenty of answers to any questions I may have. A great local asset to the community.

I go here to get the things I need to fix my house and keep it going. Always get great service and they will try and help you out when it is possible on finding things they may not have on the shelf.
