Royal Family Dentistry

Staff were so awesome. I cannot say enough about this practice and Dr. FFrench. . I will be telling anyone who needs a dentist to call Royal Family Dentistry. They went above and beyond. I have never been treated so well at a dentist’s office ever.

I was in a lot of pain when I called they got me right in and got me some meds to help with the infection and pain. Then the scheduled me in to have a root canal the next morning and they fixed my teeth. When she numbed me I did not even feel the needle so I was super excited about that. They are very friendly and kind to you. They make you feel like comfortable and cared for. I am very thankful for them taking such good care of me.

I had a great experience with them today. I had a bit of an emergency - I lost a crown and they were able to get me in very quickly at the end of the day. Dr. Ffrench is great and her hygienists are as well. They really made me feel valued. These are very nice who work there.

Staff is very professional, I had a cleaning one day and came back the next week for fillings. Everything was smooth and painless. Looking forward to my next dental procedure

I had dental emergency night before Thanksgiving (front tooth crown fell out). Didn't know who to call- 1st call couldn't get me until Jan 18th. Royal Family was 2nd call who were willing to get me in immediately but I couldn't get there before closing. They got me in first available after holiday wknd! They worked around other appointments, repaired the crown, adjusted prior dentist's worked and made sure I was fully happy before I left! VERY friendly and caring dentist/staff. And I didn't pay near as much as I expected. Highly recommend! Thank you Royal Family

Dr.Glenneicer Ffrench,DDS is a great dentist. My experience with the treatment I've had to have on my teeth has been excellent with no pain. If your looking for a dentist she would be a excellent choice.

The dentist was incredibly helpful and did everything to get me in last second with a cracked tooth. Officially my permanent dentist and a great place with kind people from entrance to exit. Highly recommended

I was not a patient at this office, but I had a toothache so I called to schedule an appointment. I called 30 minutes before they closed and they asked me if I could come in right then. The whole staff ended up staying an hour after closing just because they were nice enough to see me that day. The staff is extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. The dentist, Dr. French, is young, intelligent, funny and a breath of fresh air! Definitely recommend!!

Doc was great and the staff was the awesome. Felt like a visit to friends and family more than a dentist visit. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will happily return for future visits.

Super nice dentist and staff! They were about to see me the same day when I had tooth pain. I only wish they took Medicaid.

The entire team was very professional, yet warm and genuinely caring. They’d make you want to extract your wisdom tooth every day but unfortunately they would advise against doing that. I enjoyed the experience.

The staff is wonderful! They take the time to get to know you and really go the extra mile! Super friendly and helpful too! In and out in about a half hour! They even have the option for a message while sitting in the chair! I highly recommend them! Always had a great experience!

*Updated to add: They took the time to discuss my insurance options (after my insurance changed) and tried to help me the best they could. Additionally, I don't feel like a bother asking for things like nature videos or a little break. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised on how good Dr. French was. She completely surveyed my teeth. Told me everything that was wrong and gave me cost estimates. And the cleaning she did was outstanding to say the least.
I been with Dr. Jeanine Green for many years and was sad she retired. But Dr. French and staff made such a wonderful first impression with me that can't stress how good they all were. I highly recommend Dr. French and the staff at Royal Family Dentistry.

Dr. Ffrench and the staff are very friendly and caring, they offer great chair side manners and do not pass judgment. They use some of the newest mainstream dental tools, helping make your visit more comfortable and relaxing. I truly enjoyed the expertise and knowledge of the dentist assistant, Lorraine, who has been employed there for 20+ years, she’s a true asset to the clinic.

Every single person that I interacted with was pleasant, understanding, and knowledgeable. I had a ton of anxiety about going because I had neglected a tooth for far too long, but my anxiety vanished immediately. Dr. Ffrench was fantastic. She was super clear about what was going on, what my options were, and what she would do in my situation. I ended up having a cavity filled and it was the most comfortable I've ever been during that type of procedure. It hurt less than a cleaning did while I was in military. I can't recommend this place enough. This is my new dentist.
