I always hated going into pharmacies my whole life because of lines and rude pharmacists- out of my 29 years on this earth this is the best pharmacy I been too. One time there was a line and it moved quick like I was in line at the gas station. All the pharmacists AND the doctor consultant lady stay smiling everything I come and are always positive minded. Great people.

I recently had a very good experience with my visit to Rite Aid. My associate was very cordial and had great customer service. I want to thank her very much a warm welcome and assistance during my visit.

My prescriptions are always ready on time and I am texted when they are in making the whole process easy. Thank you Rite Aid

I love this RiteAid! The staff who work in the evenings are really helpful and kind. They have a good variety of children’s cold medicine including homeopathic remedies. They always have lots of seasonal merchandise. I get great deals through the rewards program.

A Covid booster shot was available to be scheduled online and the pharmacist provided the shot at the scheduled time. The booster shot area has chairs and a sign that recommends that you wait there 15 minutes after getting the vaccination. There was a lot of parking.

Everyone is so nice even when they are super busy. Please take good care of this staff they are working hard to help serve this community.

Ended up in a difficult situation tonight where I got an antibiotic prescription for my daughter just a couple hours before the last pharmacies in town closed for the night, and nobody seemed to have it, including this Rite Aid. Despite being clearly very busy with other tasks, the pharmacist and the tech were able to figure out that they had a different broad spectrum antibiotic on hand that was appropriate for the type of infection my kid has, and so I was able to call the prescriber and get them to call in a prescription for it, which the pharmacy quickly filled. Extremely grateful for the pharmacy staff taking the time to help me get my daughter the medication she needs.

The employees are extremely helpful. They actually answer the phone and were happy to check the store to see if a specific item was in stock. The person even held it at the customer service desk for me. One thing of note is that there is no bike rack so I had to lock my bike to a cart return.

I have been using Rite aid in Medford in Phoenix for over 6 years for my routine breast cancer treatment. I’m not sure what the situation is going on with those stores down there but I had given up and I was really frustrated with both customer service and their inability to have my medication in stock when needed.
I moved back to Eugene about two months ago transferring all my medication to the Rite Aid off Echohollow and I’ve had zero issues since I’ve been back the staff. There is amazing and very helpful and informative. They are doing something right. I didn’t want to have to take my business elsewhere so this makes me very happy. Thank you Echohollow pharmacy. You guys are awesome.

My experiences with this pharmacy have been very good. They went out of they’re way to call the doctor and fix a problem with a prescription I was trying to have filled, without me asking them to do that. Very kind people.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! During 2021 on several different occasions, it was a nightmare trying to get rx's filled at my previous pharmacy. After picking up a few different rx's for family members at this Rite Aid pharmacy, I made the switch. The personal care you get at this pharmacy is incredible!

I love this store! I have been shopping here a long time as I and my family had a home on the street behind this store when it was called Payless. We watched it being built.

This Pharmacy Team is always on time with prescriptions and are very kind and courteous. I especially like dealing with Dave The Pharmacist. They uphold a high standard of professionalism.

Really fast service. They always fill my prescription in 10 mins or less. Just all around nice people!
