I have anxiety about shots in my mouth from prior dental work. Dr. Xu has been wonderful for my crown work!

The service was excellent, will recommend to anyone looking for dentists in Salem area.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I couldn't ask for a better group of people. Everyone is always so caring, gentle, friendly, and very professional. They always make sure that I am informed about everything they are doing and that any questions I have are answered. They create a very calming environment for there clients. I recently had to be referred to a different dental office for a root canal and did not have a good experience there. Vicky, at the front desk was so very helpful in making sure I had all the information and paperwork that I needed to file a complaint. I would not have even known where to start without her help. Thank you All so very much for your hard work and compassion. You're the best!😁

Dr Xu is always so thorough and gentle. She really cares about the complete health of my mouth. She recommended a type of tooth brush and floss specifically for me and I can already see a difference by using them. Elizabeth remembers her patients well and always has a great attitude. This was the first time to receive a cleaning from McKenzie and SHE WAS AWESOME! I am in with pain and left with a smile! Thank you!

I'd highly recommend Dr. Xu to anyone in the area. She is very friendly and takes the time to explain procedures and talk through any concerns. The entire staff is very gentle and caring. Elizabeth is a great hygienist, too!

This is also the first dental office that has ever called me to get me in before a scheduled appointment. I'm used to going on a waiting list and never getting a call back, but they were able to fix me up before a big holiday, which was much appreciated. They went out of their way to take care of me fast.

My long time dentist retired and I was nervous about choosing a replacement. So, went to my first appointment with Dr. Xu with some trepidation. That worry disappeared very quickly. She's is a thoughtful, gentle, very professional dentist. By now Dr. Xu has completed a couple of fillings and a crown for me. I am very pleased with her work. And her staff is great. The person in charge of billing is efficient, no surprise fees or uncovered services without forewarning. I have no hesitation about recommending Dr. Xu.

Very friendly and suited staff. I went there for an extraction my dentist was on time, with the appointment starting.they try to make you comfortable playing light music, while creating small talk. Then the extraction I didn't even feel, it took about 15 minutes and was on my way..Overall if say it's probably the smoothest dentist experience I've had.

Dr. Xu is fantastic. No matter how many people she sees on a daily basis, she always remembers you and your family. I love that when I go in she asks about my daughters and how my oldest is doing in college. She’s also funny, which helps to make our visits bearable.

Wonderful dentist and crew! She is freakishly precise and fast. Great bedside manner. I have read some reviews about the receptionist being rude, but I have never experienced this at all! Everyone is this building is super nice and friendly!!!

Had my wisdom tooth removed once, they made sure I was comfortable before extraction.
It was fast and nearly painless, if at all.

I have 5 children and it is no easy task to work around schedules. Each kid is different , in fact two have medical needs. The front end staff, dental staff are A+ amazing. They truly care about our family!

Dr. Xu is a fairly new dentist for me, but Ive been there about a year and have had man procedures done. Clean, neat, professional. I dont have one thing negative to say. Id recommend this facility, even if I wasnt on OHP.

All team members are well trained and do thier best to make sure you are comfortable. One of the endodontists they referred me to was also very professional and worked seamlessley between both providers. Dr. Xu is very quick, and well...almost freakishly precise in her technique. Lol. Recommend checking them out!

Ive never been as comfortable in a dentist office as I am here. The people who work here have been nothing short of amazing. Dr.Xu is the sweetest as well as all of the staff. I will for sure never go anywhere else as long as I can help it. They are constantly making sure that you are ok and make paitent care their first priority! My grandson was seen by Dr. Xu and her great team, and I can tell you they were fantastic with him. He had never seen a dentist before and had a lot of things going on, including an abcessed tooth. They made him so comfortable and have been working hard to fix all his teeth. I have read about a bad review of the office and I call B.S.!!!! They are careing and kind and so very professional. I had to smile with all the funny things they said to get my boy to relax. It was the best dental visit EVER. Thanks to all of you, you all are special.

Dr. Xu is amazing! I had an infected wisdom tooth and she was extremely gentle with it when she removed it...so gentle I had to ask if she was done yet! I highly recommend her and her whole staff at Healthy Smiles Dental.
