Dan is absolutely amazing!! He helped us read our engine code, get the right parts and walked us through what it all meant. He’s super positive and made what could’ve been a stressful experience very easy.

Good knowledgeable auto parts technicians. Seems like they could use a little more help The wait wasn't excessive but it was longer than I like to spend. However once I got to the front of the line my parts were quickly located in for the will call for our business and I was taking care of and was able to get out of there fairly quickly.

Very helpful. I own a small car lot so I order part almost every day and these guys always go out of their way to help me as I don't know much about the mechanic side but thankfully they do so I never hesitate to ask for advice and they usually are on the money with it.

As a woman, I have had my fair share of condescending conversations at part stores. Spoken to as if I don't understand what a MAF sensor is or how to change my oil. But the guys in here at the Albany O'Reilly location have never once made me feel 'inferior' or like I don't know what I am talking about. Even on the occasion I forget the name of the part I'm looking for. Heck I have had to explain the issue I am having and we have brain stormed possible issues together. All around awesome staff at this location, and I am very comfortable going in to get all my car parts from them.

Great auto parts, Ryan and Dan are very friendly and very professional, those guys help me a lot to fix my 1997 4runner.

Helped me get a new battery for my 1998 jeep grand cherokee. I used their automated system and that was fast and easy and then the guy at the counter double checked for me. Was a really fast process and the battery was cheaper then other options in the area.

I had to take a cab here because the part I needed wouldn't start my car. When I got to the store they didn't have the item on stock but were able to order it from Salem and have it the in a couple hours. I also was able to charge my car battery for free while I waited. The guy who helped me was really nice and did great. As always this auto parts store is amazing.
