O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I called 90 minutes before needing a table for 17 people to celebrate a 50th birthday surprise dinner. Another restaurant in the area had fallen through after doing all the steps they instructed me to do, and I was scrambling. From the first person I talked to, to the last we saw that day, everything was great! They had the table ready, and everyone was sat by the time the birthday boy got there. The wait staff, Sonya, was amazing. Everyone in the party said they were surprised by how quickly food was brought out, drinks refilled, just absolute perfect service. And the waitress just was wonderful to interact with. Thank you from the bottom of our family's heart for making the dinner amazing!

Ordered a chicken tenders family meal. Price was great, it was ready as soon as I arrived, even during a promotion time, and the person who brought out my order was friendly and bubbly. I was a little disappointed in the Mac and cheese, but overall a great dinner (and lunch the next day)! Also came with butter and rolls, which are not pictured.

We eat there quite a bit, the food is always delicious. Prices are a little high, But the food always feels us up. Our server (John) done a spectacular service. Every time we go there,we ask for him.

We had a large last minute group. They really got us seated faster than expected. They were helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Were there mistakes? Sure, but they were small and dealt with. This was supposed to be a special treat and they didn't disappoint.

We did a to go order. We were already in the area and thought we'd pick up from here since all the O'Charley's on the West side are gone. The family meal deals are amazingly well priced and feed exactly the estimated number of people they list. The food was ready quickly and brought out to us almost as soon as we checked in that we were there. I don't even particularly like chicken strips, but my family does so we got them. They were incredible and so was everything else we ordered. It totally revived my love for O'Charley's and now I'm even more disappointed that the ones near us went out of business. Thanks for still being around!

We called all over looking for a family meal all night and we finally found Here!!!! They were open pretty late and took care of us with a ribs and tenders family meal! To Go only but that was fine because it was already late. We drove down and it was ready and hot and delicious. Great at accommodating groups!

First time trying this location and I ordered a take out order. After getting home I noticed a whole steak dinner was missing, and I called the restaurant to ask where it was and the manager himself answered the phone acknowledging the mistake. He was very professional and apologetic and even threw in a free dessert to make it up to me. Was very pleased with the customer service!

Had lunch in the bar at a table, the food was fantastic and the service was super fast and friendly, great for a lunch break! We will definitely come back, lots of new items to try!! : )

There were 8 empty tables at least that were empty around us and they set 2 women next to us that smelled like pot the whole time we were there. Would have been nice if they sat them 2 tables over. Otherwise food was good as always and the server was awesome!

Kyle was an awesome server got everything right and in a fast time. Wonderful o' charleys thanks for the evening I will never forget... Good food good times and wonderful service. And we got a table super fast on a Friday night with no reservation. I thought was going to take a while but they got us in and served us very fast. Good job tio the whole team in the front and back of the house. I appreciate everyone's friendliness. Nobody even once acted like they didn't want to be at work. You cantell this is a good place to work and I can tell you it's a great place to eat.

The food was very delicious. I really enjoyed the chicken tortilla soup asparagus with very thin but it was still very yummy. Their roles are sweet and some of my favorite rolls. The wait staff was very kind and proactive, and attentive.

It was pretty busy, but my server was there just as I sat down. Food was Excellent! It was free pie Wednesday..I had peach cobbler which I took home and had the next day 👍

Overall service was good and the atmosphere was good.
The cat fish meal had no flavor, which was very bland. I'm not sure if it was off day or what, wasn't good.

Place was very nice. Waitress was amazing. Making sure everything was okay with my brother and I. Too bad you are closing all O'Charley's. Severe loss to a lot of customers.

Post Coronavirus dining is an interesting experience. Tables are spaced out, servers are masked up! Thank you O'charley's! Their rolls are delicious & they melt in your mouth (seriously, you don't heve to chew them!) My cheeseburger was med-well (perfect) juicy and, the remembered to grill the onions. Oh, the loaded potato soup, GET the loaded potato soup!

I wouldn't have ever tho that there steaks had that much flavor but they do now I expect every other restaurant steaks to have flavor but none of them comes close to Ocharlys

Probably one of my favorite locations! Our waitress (I'm bad with names) has and usually waits on us every time she does her job well.. We had a hiccup on our order (misunderstanding on order item) it was solved in less than 5 minutes and at near closing time... So yes fantastic experience here!

Haven't been to a Old Charlie's in a long time the atmosphere was off the wall my waitress was exciting and very quick to serve us I appreciate it and we'll be back again

My daughter and I sat in the bar area so we could talk without all the hustle and bustle, and small children, interrupting our conversation and it was just great. The female bartender/waitress was very personable and jovial and kept our soft drinks refilled without us having to ask. Our food was DELICIOUS!! Great serving size and very affordable. And how could I forget to mention the piping hot yeast rolls. YUM!!!
