Sleep Number

We really enjoyed shopping at the Eugene Sleep Number store this week. I’ve previously owned a select number bed and stupidly got rid of it when we moved cross country. Here I am buying another one. Nothing is as comfortable or supportive when sleeping. 😊

The manager is awesome and extremely helpful, delivery team was on time and great with installation. Bed was on of the best purchases of my life!

We look forward to our bed! 🙂 We appreciate Lance’s help with choosing a bed. His voice was soothing my husband and I almost fell asleep. 😅

I'm super impressed with the sales staff at this store! Lance in particular. He spent lots of time with us and answered all of our questions, with no pressure. He even helped me measure the base to see if it would fit inside my four-poster bed frame. (It did!) The whole time I was there, not once was Lance (or any of the other staff) distracted, hurried, or bored by all our questions. He clearly knows the value of the product he sells and is excited to share that knowledge. Such an amazing experience!

After years of sleeping on a mattress that never lived up to its marketing, we tried a Sleepnumber mattress based on a recommendation from a friend, and are so glad we did. We now miss our bed when we're traveling. Based on our recommendation, two other family members bought one and are 100% satisfied. The staff at the Sleepnumber store in Eugene (Lydia, Dillon, and Lance) were professional, informative, and timely in responses. Thank you!

We had a great experience in the store, no high pressure sales. Lydia was our sales rep and she did a fantastic job! After walking us through the different options she handed us a print out and suggested we go have lunch to talk it over. After much consideration we purchased the I8 with a base and we are very excited to have it delivered. Definitely worth the visit, but I would suggest shopping for the sheets, Amazon sells them for considerably less. That being said I have not been able to compare the quality just yet.

So convenient and easy! Started searching online and building my bed after taking a little quiz. Filled out a form for a text from someone in the store. After texting we set a time to chat and did everything over the phone! Lydia was extremely nice, professional and helpful. Easiest purchasing experience.

I could not be more happy with my shopping experience. Lance C took the time to explain the differences in mattresses, answer all of my questions, and find my sleep number. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase and he made my experience enjoyable.

Anxiously awaiting delivery! The personnel and my sales person at this store were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Alex showed me the products and there was no hard sell involved. He simply showed me what they had and what it could do. I appreciated that very much! After stretching out on the model I am getting it was a very easy decision.

Lydia was great and we ended up buying one of their mattresses. She was thorough and did not pressure us or try to up-sell their product line.

After many years of back pain, shoulder pain, "old man" pain I finally decided it was time for a new bed. I've been sleeping on the same bed for about 8 years. So my girlfriend and I made it a mission to find our "forever" bed. I spent about a month researching all sorts of beds and the technology behind them. We went to so many stores looking at beds, trying them out, asking questions, discussing pros and cons. We knew going into this we were going to be making a large investment. Store after store, salesperson after salesperson, bed after bed we just couldn't find the right fit to what we were after. That was until we went into the Valley River "Mattress Company" and met with Denise. She spent over an hour talking and walking us through all sorts of mattresses, teaching us about each one, and helping us find our forever bed. We finally "pulled the trigger" and we couldn't be happier. We ended up buying the Tempurpedic Flex Supreme and we have no regrets. Denise was amazing allowing us time to process every aspect with no pressure at all. We felt so comfortable with her and the store. I came home so excited and overjoyed. I called my best friend who's also in the market for a new bed and told him he had to go into the store. Thank you Denise and thank you to "The Mattress Company" for making our overwhelming experience so simple and finalizing what we wanted. I highly recommend this Mattress store to anyone wanting to avoid the sales pitches and pressure for what really is a difficult decision.

Bought a sleep number bed in 1998. It finally wore out in 2021. We got our new one today, sale price plus a discount for being a returning customer, we saved around $1,000. Thanks to Dillon, Lydia, and Jim.

Lydia is amazing, very knowledgeable, and not pushy, we enjoyed our experience in the showroom because she explained everything so easily. I can’t wait for my new flex-top mattress!

My wife and I went to the Sleep Number store to get the proper pillows. The staff was very helpful and friendly. After two nights of sleeping on the pillows our neck and shoulder pain had gone away as well as my wife's headaches.
