Zoup!

Both of us ordered combo soup & sandwich. Don't remember what my hubby ordered for soup but it was real yummy, just little spicy. We both had Cali Chicken for sandwiches. Good food, good service, small place but nice atmosphere. I will definitely try mushroom soup next time (it looked yummy 🤤). The food will make you feel just the right amount, not too heavy. The bread was crunchy enough to make you feel enjoyably.

Food was excellent! I had the lobster bisque soup and a berry and spinach salad. They serve the organic “Tractor” brand teas which I love. My only complaint is that the temperature of the restaurant was COLD and I ate super fast so I could leave.

First time I visited. Great food. Got pick 2 thia salad and chicken tortilla soup. Sandwhich to our table under 5 minutes.

Good quality food and a very good variety. It's a little too pricey.

Soup, sandwich and service were all top notch. I e been here multiple times and never had a poor experience. The only thing I could critique was dining area needed recovered, however it wasn't in horrible shape and they were more than happy to come out and clean up a table. Outstanding and do recommend.

The food is very consistent and good at the price point. No complaints.

However, this review is purely for the EXCELLENT customer service I received x2. I placed an order through Uber, was missing more than a few items 🤦‍♂. I decided to call the restaurant, very upset. In calling, I spoke with a gentleman who was more than receptive and apologetic (totally owned it!). He also told me his manager was sending me a gift card (despite already being credited back by Uber). Got the card today!

I ordered through Uber again, a couple weeks later. I called the restaurant asking for a specific request, and subsequently spoke with the same guy. I inquired if he remembered me, he said yes. I asked if he had crackers instead of bread. Request completed 💯💯💯.

This guy and place more than exemplifies what food service should be! I will definitely order again, only bc of the outstanding service. There are so many options out there for good food, it comes down to details... whomever I spoke to twice is the reason I will continue to come.

You sir deserve a raise for handling things so professionally 👏👏👏 and now have a loyal customer for years to come.

Best catering experience our office has had! They were easy to work with and even labeled our bags. Just request a quote and they help you chose the best option for your money. A easy email later and we had lunch! Thank you!

Love the selection of soups. And love you can sample 1 or all of them. Them staff is always helpful with answering questions and adjusting whatever changes you need to make your food the way you want it. Always seem to see smiles on there faces when I'm eat there.

They have awesome cheesy broccoli soup! Their wraps are also really good. I like how their menu changes daily to give some variety. Healthy options, and a good menu legend for those who may be vegetarian or have dietary restrictions.

Soups are excellent but I ended up with the gorgonzola, romaine cranberry salad. After buying it I realized there was no chicken and we asked for chicken and the server brought it to me, no charge. Delicious! He went out of his way to cheerfully help me. Also they were wiping everything down thoroughly with Clorox wipes. We go there regularly and are never disappointed.

The soup is delicious here and the sandwiches are good as well. It's similar to Panera bread but where Panera has fallen off with quality and flavor, they have picked up. Service was good and fast, staff is friendly. Will definitely eat here again.

I love this chain. The food is delicious and there are always vegetarian options available for me. The service at this location is great, they're very friendly and the place is clean. Sometimes I feel sad that there aren't a lot of customers but I also enjoy the quiet. I wish more people knew how great this place was.

With 12 delicious soups, you might want to visit here a little more often. Free samples of as many as you'd like, and you may have just stumbled upon one of the hardest choices life will ever give you. Do you take the Lobster Bisque, the Tomato Basil, or the Beef Barley?

What's that? You don't know? Well, you're in good company. I hear that it's a frequent dilemma.

Place was excellent for us. Wanted a bowl of soup for lunch then dinner but no way! We got filled up fast! Don't need dinner! Awesome bread, fantastic salad, the soup was stellar, lobster bisque just loaded with langostine lobster meat. For three people, $22 plus took home three more meals! Come on! This is a DAMN fine place.

The lobster bisque is always such a favorite! Comfy atmosphere and friendly staff, whenever we travel to South Bend we always consider Zoup! as one of the places to stop at.

Great selection. Wonderful lobster bisque. They even have vegan options for those that don't so meat or seafood. Friendly service and they practice social distancing and cleaning practices.

Fresh delicious soup and fresh baked bread are made daily. Selection varies by day and you can check out the daily soup menu online before going. Great, friendly service. Their shrimp and aspargus soup is delicious!

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I love that we can sample the soups instead of getting stuck with something I wouldn't like. The workers are so fun and friendly and that makes it a very enjoyable experience in of itself.

The service was excellent, quick and courteous. The italian wedding soup was excellent and my salad was fresh and satisfying. Definitely a healthier and appetizing choice over many restaurants in the area.
