Shoe Carnival

I arrived and showed my attentive employee what I needed and why I would need extra help due to vision issues. After getting what anyone would think is outstanding service I was escorted and checked out with the kindness that seemed too good to be true. I smiled as I walked out carrying exactly what I asked to see about thinking, "I bet I am not the only person who interacts with the kind soul I just worked with and gets to smile afterward." I wish I could remember her name. Both memory and vision deficits after a brain injury are why the help was needed and why this will remain anonymous regarding the employee. I don't wear out shoes as quickly anymore but will head to this location when I need to replace these new sneakers. A coupon is what prompted my visit to this store today. The kindness will be why I return.

This is the store in Elkhart that I'm giving the five star. The store in Mishawaka I would give a two-star rating. The Mishawaka store was filthy, employees acted like they did want to be there or be bothered. I could not find what I needed in my size. The Elkhart store is the opposite. Save yourself time and go to the Elkhart store first.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
They did not have the size tennis shoe that I wanted, they let me order and pay for them there and will be delivered to my house in less than a week. Also saved $10.00 on my order.

So helpful it was my first time going here. I usually go to the other one(famous) but the selection was awesome and they helped me find what I needed and if they didn't have it they could order it

I was very pleased with the shopping experience I had at this Shoe Carnival location. The store was clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Products were neatly organized, and products were easily located.
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and
Knowledgeable. I was able to purchase shoes in store, and the sizes that were not available In Store, the cashier was able to easily order them and have them shipped directly to my home.

Has the best selection of any shoe carnival I've ever seen. If you like sneeks, Go Here!

We were helped by a young man who really knew his shoes. My son has Downs so his feet are wide and flat. Every shoe seems to hurt him.
This you'd sales clerk knew exactly what the problem was, and the shoes that made him a very happy camper !

Haven't been in ages, but was looking for specific shoes they had on their website that said they were at the store. I love this! You get to pick your shoes at home then just go and try them on. Plus it wasn't like years ago when it felt like you were in a zoo. The spinning wheel needs to go. Cheesy. Great selection of shoes.

Went to 10 shoe stores looking for snow boots and shoes for one of my boys. Ended up getting boots for both of my boys, shoes for the one AND shoes for my baby girl. While I was there I also found a shoe I like to retire my 10 year old pair of shoes also! Got every shoe on sale AND 50% off every second pair AND a military discount then after all that my kids got to spin a savings wheel and got another few bucks off! Place was very well stocked and the people were extremely helpful and friendly! I've found my new go to place for shoes for sure!

Had so many options for the whole family and great proces too. Plenty of cashiers to handle the back to school rush.

we were running late and the store was getting ready to close but the guys are very nice and helped us find some great shoes for myself and my niece in less than 5 minutes.

I use to come here alot then went to payless, now that payless is closed I've come back, shockingly delightfully I had found the exact same pair of boots that I fell in love with on amazon except half priced!!!! I was so excited and it made my day! I will definitely be back

They have one of the largest inventories I've seen near me and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They usually have a good clearance selection in back too.

Store was overstocked with shoes! Found some great deals and was able to save some money at the cash register with my coupons! Beth was great!

It was delicious! Had beef, chicken sandwich, and burger. Fries grandkids loved. All wonderful!!

People were very helpful and friendly. i can always find what I want and if not I have ordered and it came in faster then they thought it would. Will always go back to shoe carnival.
