Upon walking in, you feel as if you've stepped into a totally different era of time.

People are buzzing and there's music and the Delisiosooo smell of food.

Their menu is diverse and includes Hispanic cuisine, too!

Their staff was so welcoming!

Came here for breakfast with my family. We loved the chicken and waffle. Also, the chicken pot pie was so good.

Definitely will come back to try their fry fish Friday and shepherd pie.

Parking was ample in the plaza.

Will definitely recommend to friends and family to go to metro diner.

So my 15 year old and I found this wonderful place from Google Maps. The food here is fabulous, Bob the manager and our waitress Christina are fantastic people! The atmosphere is so adorable! Will definitely be back many times as we're in the area every other month.

Very happy with my experience. This was the first time I have come here and was super surprised. I ordered some of my favorite items: Mac n cheese and chicken noodle soup. I didn't have very high expectations. I was fully expecting a bowl of Kraft Mac n cheese but was genuinely surprised when it wasn't and was very good. My best friend enjoyed the Mac n cheese so much, she had to get some of her own. The chicken noodle soup was one of the best bowls of soup I've ever had. My best friend ordered the Caesar salad and green beans. She said the green beans needed some salt, but other than that, they were genuinely delicious. She enjoyed the Caesar salad, eating most of it. The atmosphere is so comforting and welcoming. I was shocked that when I walked in, there were about 5 to 10 tables of people. The staff were very friendly and so approachable. For two Mac n cheeses, a bowl of green beans, a Caesar salad, a bowl of soup, and a Coke, it was only $25 excluding tip. They as long offered for us to take food and drinks to go. I really enjoyed that they have different coffee and ice tea flavors daily, as well as soup of the day. I can definitely see myself becoming a regular! Will 100% come back!

Simple, fast, and delicious food. Metro Diner is a great restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The food is excellent and even when they are busy, the service is friendly and quick. Do not hesitate to enjoy a meal here.

This had to be one of the best meals I have ever had in my life and I am 77 years old. I had the Teriyaki salmon. It was so very good the the service was fantastic. I was told the meal was only on the menu for a short time, I sure hope they change their minds and keep it. Thank you for a great experience!!!

We absolutely love coming here! They do a cool special breakfast offer on the chalkboard every week or month and it's always amazing! I've never had a bad meal here!

Our server, Jermaine was awesome. Took great care of us. Food was delicious and I loved the diner atmosphere. My husband got a Western omelette and said it was one of the best he had ever eaten. Will definitely go there again.

Great food, great prices. Nikki was the best! I had me the biggest chicken pot pie I've ever had (spoon for scale).

So good. I don't know how else to summarize it. Everything Metro Diner has is outstanding. I had just a basic burger and it was great! My son had chicken strips that were massive, generous sides, good price! The service was also outstanding!

We got there about 8 am. Seated immediately, it took longer to order the food , than to get our meals! Waitress was very friendly, coffee cup never empty! Excellent breakfast!

Wow! We had an amazing brunch at Metro Dinner! The waiter Christina was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The food was hot and fresh amazingly delicious. The memosa where perfect for the time of day and the atmosphere was phenomenal.

The food prices are reasonable!

One more thing, the womens bathrooms were so clean!

We will Definitely be going back!

We had a great date night thanks to the wonderful staff and amazing food. I would recommend getting a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup. Plus make sure to look at the special menu board, we ordered our food and then actually read read the board and realized we would've both ordered the donut deli sandwich. They have creative ideas on the board like donut deli sandwiches. The new menu has some great choices like burger bowls and breakfast/dinner mixture options.

We did reservations online 15 minutes before we got there walked in the door and got seated immediately at 10 AM on Sunday morning. Kathalee was our server & she was so amazing. She even noticed that I dropped my spoon for my coffee and brought me another one with clean napkin within minutes. I wish I could offer more than five stars this up fantastic!!!

Julie was our server, and she was so friendly! She was always around if we needed anything. She took our order very quickly, and the food came out even quicker! We were very shocked to see our food sitting in front of us within 10min of being there! The food itself is very delicious and always comes out hot. We are never disappointed in Metro and will be coming back again!

What a surprise! I have driven by here dozens of times and never knew it was hiding in the middle of box stores. If you are headed to Target or Costco, it's worth trying.

It's a chain restaurant, based in Indy, IIRC. Great service and food.

Atmosphere is clean, with a bit of art deco vibe.

Food was good, all around. Nothing flashy, just good, simple diner food.

We had Amber as a waitress and she was amazing! So attentive and nice. The food was amazing and I'm fairly picky about breakfast food. Definitely coming back with more people, just keep in mind it's tightly packed and let them know if you highchair for a kid!

Dawn was the perfect waitress. In today’s world of workers that don’t really and to work, she was very friendly and excited to do her job. Her service was amazing. Her attitude was great. She’s an all around good employee.
