Can’t believe I have been in South Bend-Mishawaka area almost four years and just found out about this gem.

A wonderful well stocked store. Very friendly and clean. I feel blessed to have found this shop.

Garden Patch is a great customer service based operation. It’s like stepping into my past when I go in there. The size of the store is great as i can find everything I need in a small amount of time, like shopping at Cira’s or Mabel’s on Miami Street as well as Dave’s on Calvert across from Lincoln Elem. All stores from my long ago in the 60s. So I not only get: great deals, find everything I need, get approximate eta for out of stock items or an offer to order it, and pleasant, helpful staff, but also a chance for to get a nice, nostalgia buzz. I can’t say enough good things about Garden Patch. “They’re great” in my best Tony the Tiger voice. Oh and their fresh produce in the summer esp tomatoes is worth my 30 minute round trip.

I visited for the first time recently and was pleasantly surprised! I had originally gone in for duck eggs, but found that they also sell raw dairy products such as cheese and butter!! And organic and minimally processed bacon, yogurt, organic oats, organic 100% juice, etc. I didn't have enough time to look around the whole store, but I loved what I saw and definitely will be back! I've been looking for raw dairy in this area and I'm glad to finally have found some!

I've been shopping at Garden Patch Market for about 30 years, and am very thankful they offer so many healthy options and such a wide variety of food and supplements. As a vegetarian in Mishawaka in the 1990s, this was a wonderful resource. There are newer, bigger health for stores in the area now, but this will always be my first choice.
They have a great variety of dried fruit, nuts, teas, vegetarian cheese, spices, and so much more. Whether you are searching for quality essential oils, healthier food options, supplements, locally made soaps or delicious chocolate bars, this is a locally owned treasure you should explore!

They have good organic raw milk

I consider myself very lucky to have this store nearby. Ray ordered and stocked organic ginger juice in less than a week after I requested it. Prices are surprisingly good as well as selection. Having just moved here from California I was surprised and relieved to find Garden Patch here in town.

Wonderful store with all the organic, gluten free, and health food items and supplements carried at much bigger stores. They also have the ever hard to find baking yeast that seems to be sold out at all the local chain stores. In addition, they sell local maple syrup, including Grade C - which is the best type of maple syrup you can buy. Support a local small business and shop here. Great place to shop! I'm a long time customer, ever since I moved to this area in 1993. Ray has done a wonderful job of upgrading. Was always a good place to shop - now it's a GREAT place to shop! Prices are very good. Often small specialty stores hit you with higher prices, but not at Garden Patch.

The owner Ray is a great guy and he genuinely cares about the products he offers his customers. Aside from the awesome products he offers, he cares about people. He generously allowed our team at One World Center to raise funds at his store and even donated to our cause himself. I highly recommend shopping at Garden Patch Market both to support healthy organic foods and to support him as a conscious small business owner.

We have shopped every week at Garden Patch for over 30 years. They treat us and their employees well (they keep them), have good prices and quality items, but most importantly all considered is that they require a mask and are taking steps to keep the public and their employees safe.

Great store, just love it! The grass fed beef is so delicious, the gluten free pasta from Italy is the best in town, the Greek olives are the best in the world. Everything they have in the store: local produce in the summer, food, medicines, aloe juice, vitamins are great quality and taste.

Absolutely love the garden patch. Love supporting their family business. They know who you are when you walk in, and are always there to help answer questions. Just like a community should be. They have a great selection of supplements, bulk foods, organic, non-GMO and hard to find Health Foods. And their prices are very fair.

Great place we will be back. I need to try them Duck eggs, I'm hoping they get other kinds of eggs ☺

I love shopping at the Garden Patch Market and often refer friends to this store. They have a wide assortment of quality supplements, organic and non-GMO foods, gluten free and often locally sourced products. Plus they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable if you need assistance. Also, they don't pipe in pathetic sounding music that makes you want to run out of the store! I prefer to support a non-franchised business and one that is owned locally so the Garden Patch is my favorite place for foods, gifts and supplements.

We stopped in here while traveling because my kids were catching a cold and I didn't have my usual arsenal of immune-boosting remedies. They were SO helpful and had most of everything I was looking for. I highly recommend them!
