Had a wonderful experience here. Lots of good clothing items and things on clearance. We had an amazing checkout experience with Susanne. Great customer service, she was so friendly and took her time explaining the deals & discounts to us. She was wonderful!

Love the new layout of the store. Great sales. Great products to choose for gifts, home decor or clothing for everyone. Checkout is usually fast. Friendly agents.

I had a fantastic employee named liv who happily took me around the store, helping me shop. She even waited outside the fitting room to give me her opinion how the clothes looked on me. I had a great time shopping with her.

Mishawaka Indiana Kohl's is great. They have associates helping with the self service check out along with several associates running cash registers, so its your preference and choice.

Mike in the shoe department is awesome! Didn't have my size on the shelf, went into the back to find it for me. Hard to get someone to answer a question let alone go find something you are looking for, he did this on his own accord, I didn't even have ask.

I didnt manage to find what I needed, but the help at the store was fantastic! Shoutout specifially to Mike (Michael) in the shoe area. He patiently answered all my questions and helped direct me to the best in-store deals.

Large well organized place. The clearance is very spread out and sporadic but the are lots of items at a great value. The self checkout isn't very intuitive but the people working that area are very nice and helpful. The person working when I went would check in and provide helpful tips to make things easier.

A great manager made an even-exchange of blue jeans, without the required receipt, effortless.

Love the easy access to Sephora in the Mishawaka Kohl's store. Picked up a few other products after the Sephora beauty expert, Zhaneah, helped me. Good experience all around.

Big store. Was hard to find what I was looking for. Was not in their devices in the right place. Got some nice office supplies.

The Clerk, Toni, who took the time to help us from the time we walked into the store to also help us with our shopping needs helped us pick out what we needed along with good suggestions, and she ended up being our checkout girl and treated us like royalty. This is the first time we were treaty as person and not just a number. If you could clone her, you would take business away from other retail clothing places. Thank you for Toni!!! We will continue to shop and support Kohls.

I was in Sephora in Mishawaka Indiana on Saturday, September 2, 2023 I was there to purchase my favorite cologne and as I was waiting for Elise to come back with My cologne I was looking at hair products for my hair for hydration and moisturizer. She was so helpful and I just want to let you guys know do you have a good employee there who cares about her customer thank you Elise for your help and kindness.
