DICK'S Sporting Goods

So I had saved up to buy a new Driver and have been working a bunch of hours. I got to the store at opening and an Employee named Quinn helped me right away. Let me hit the drivers that I asked and left me to poke around. Quinn was high energy, understanding, and patient. Wanna give props to him for hooking it up!!!

I went there specifically looking for shoes. If you go, ask for Brady! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and very patient with me as I tried on MULTIPLE pairs in different brands. There was zero pressure to buy as well which helped me feel comfortable as I was deciding. I came to write a review simply to highlight what a great job he did!

Fantastic management makes all the difference! Kevin is phenomenal.
You can tell that he does a great job because all of the workers under him seem to be thriving. Happy workplace environment.
Not only did he go above and beyond with my online order that got goofed up with Klarna, but he was just kind and pleasant to talk to.
He does his job well and definitely deserves his manager title.

New location a few doors west of the old one. Clean, large and lots of inventory.

Staff was very helpful in the fishing department. They took the time to check stock in back for a particular lure I was looking for. Hard to find good service now days.. very pleased

Fantastic! Got 2 deal with 2 salespeople that were fabulous. Big smiles, how can I help you, were how I was greeted. They proceeded to find one pair of shoes on my grandson's Christmas list and help me order the 2nd pair. Loved the enthusiasm and the courtesy they gave. Just wish I had asked names so that you could deal with these 2.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I called to see if they had a particular style of sunglasses and spoke to the a manager named Joe. It was close to closing time and I figured I was going to get a "yes we have sunglasses" but instead he put me on a brief hold and actually went to see what they had in stock. He said he didn't have the style that I was looking for, but invited me to come check out what they did have and gave me online ordering options. When I arrived, a different manager named Phillip was helping a cashier. I found a different pair of glasses and he stopped what he was doing to help educate me on the different styles and benefits of lenses. I was just impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly staff at this location.

Nice store with a huge selection of sporting good, apparel, and pretty much anything to do with outdoor activities. Had a nice selection in the golf section and the prices are terribly bad. Was a little dissatisfied with the shoe selection as I could lot find anything in my style or size. The store was clean and the employees are very helpful.

Young lady in the golf department was extremely helpful. Her great customer service is the reason I made my purchase. I wish I could have caught her name, but because of her I will continue to buy from this store.

Good place for all sporting equipment and apparel. Found what I was looking for. New store. Very well organized

They pick up the phone and answer when you need. That's what lacking in most of big box retailers nowadays. Ryan, the bicycle department heard my bike's problem at near closing time through the phone and delivered perfect repair two days later just as promised. I felt passion for customer care .I will buy here again.

If you want A+ customer service Jim upfront is the man to deal with!

I've been having issues with my new fishing pole, and they have been so great in helping me get the right pole, they put brand new line on for me and didn't charge me. They are doing great if you ask me.

Christmas Eve buying last minute ping pong table. Customer service on the phone, in line, at the register, and loading product was top notch. In and out in 5 minutes. Best shopping experience ever!!!
