MCL Restaurant & Bakery Carmel

LOVE this restaurant! Food and service is always great. Me and my family have been eating here for years and it's always a great experience. Highly recommend the fried chicken and mashed potatoes, and you can't go wrong with any of the deserts.

We always like going to MCL. The service is always friendly. The menu has just about anything you could want so it's great for bringing kids. The food is always good. Lastly the prices are very affordable. It's all around a good value restaurant.

The food is good it's just sometimes it could be hotter especially the spaghetti and meat sauce we have gotten cold food there a couple of times I'm just taking the food home to heat it up.
They need to use real mashed potatoes, real mashed potatoes are better than instant, anyone can tell you that

MCL is doing the all you can eat catfish special during Lent. The fish is delicious, and the servers are very generous with the servings.

I love MCL. There's something for everyone in your party. You'll probably change your mind several times because it all looks so good. Solved that...bring fried chicken home and order something else there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I try to leave a few dollars on the table. Just a great food and welcoming employees. I go with family or myself. 😊

I've never been here until today. Drove all the way from Kokomo just to try it. It was awesome! I had the Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheese, and the zucchini and squash.
My Mother got the Roast Beef Manhattan. Both meals were delicious! Highly recommended place if you want home cooked food. We will be back!!

We love going to MCL. The food is so good there. It is just really good down home cookin'. I just tried the double crust chicken pot pie. Yum!
The have quite a variety of salads and desserts. Each day they have a blue plate special. And they also have several entrees to choose from that include a meat and two sides. Or you can choose a vegie plate if you're not into meat. And the portions are really good, too. They don't scrimp. The atmosphere is nice. And the waitresses really work to meet all your needs. So if you are in need of some good down home cookin', stop on in.

The best restaurant to eat at in the Carmel area. Extremely polite employees & their prices are very fair! My dad & I were treated like family - thank you MCL.

We have dined here several times. It is cafeteria style so you get to pick your preferred entree and sides. There are also salads, desserts, breads, etc. Fountain drinks are available with free refills including very good iced tea. There are servers throughout the dining area making sure you have what you need. They will also provide a to go cup of your beverage when you are ready to go. The grandkids love this place! Kids meal are free M-W and there is a senior discount every day from 2-5. Coupons are sometimes available in the mail.
