Jen the waitress was fantastic. She was by herself and communicated with us. The food was 5 star and lots of it. I had cashew chicken we shared the crunchy egg rolls they were the best I've ever had. My husband had something called crazy something. He loved it and made it really spicy with Minas hot sauce I used the hot oil. We will definitely be back. Prices were reasonable for how much food you got.

Amazing service! My dishes were served fresh off the grill and we even ordered dessert last minute! Everything exceeded my expectations and Mina joined us to meet us face to face which was a great experience and conversation

Definately best Thai/Lao food in the area. So much flavor and contrast in each dish. Mina puts so much love, passion and culture into her food and it shows! Also very personable staff. My personal favorite is the Crazy dish or the Mango Delight. Eating here feels like your eating with family. Oh and yeah then there is the Mango sticky rice!

This is my favorite place! Mina is so sweet! I ordered over the phone for pick up and upon arriving Mina came out and asked if I was under the weather. She sat and chatted with me giving me suggestions to help me feel better. She puts love into her dishes and it shows! The beef pho was perfect, shrimp salad rolls were amazing and the Boba was delicious!! Mina is the best and puts out the very best food!

My daughter and I love to stop here and grab Boba to go. They make it creamy and add fruits when in season. Vegetable yellow curry is flavorful and packed full of veggies compared to other Thai restaurants in town. And my kids love the spring roll and chicken skewer with peanut sauce appetizers We always order our food to go so I can’t say too much about the atmosphere but it’s well put together for the small space they are working with. The staff are always fun to chat with while we wait for our food to go. Mina got me hooked on the avocado boba!

Delicious and lovely night at Mina's grand re-opening! Everyone got the same dishes, Mina's PERFECT papaya salad, and the best beef massaman curry I've ever had.

Mina and her friends gave us a beautiful show of traditional Laotian dancing and music too. It was a perfect way to spend our Saturday night.

Great little restaurant! Mina is super sweet and friendly. The kids said “mango sticky rice was AWESOME!!!” We ate that while we waited for takeout which was fast! Excited to try all the deliciousness. Thanks Mina!

My new favorite Thai restaurant! Stopped by just to grab a quick snack of salad rolls to go and Mina sure impressed me. I can't wait to go back for a meal. The salad rolls were the BEST I have ever had and believe me, this is a staple in my diet. The peanut sauce was served warm and ample amount too, which never happens other places. If you haven't stopped by Mina's, you are missing out on some amazing Thai food, a gorgeous atmosphere full of art, vibrant colors and artifacts.

Absolutely Delicious! Stopped in on a whim and was floored. The noodles have a perfect crisp, the peanut sauce is amazing. Service is wonderful too! Mina is so kind!

Got personal treatment from Mina. The Tom Kha soup is excellent and shrimp Larb that is simply divine. I'll be back for more special treatment.

Been going to Mina's for about three years. Most recently we were with a foursome eating inside. The Pad Thai was of course awesome, but also the Tom Kha soup. I preferred mine with the pork but my wife liked the chicken better, both wonderful. The mango with sticky rice is a decadent desert. We will continue to come back. The dining space is fairly small, but in good weather you can sit outside. The takeaway service is also excellent as it's a drive up window..... perfect for rainy weather.

The food was fantastic. I'm so full! It took a while to get our whole order, but the server was apologetic about the time it took. Very happy with our food. Completely delicious and will be back.

Pad Thai is SWEET- almost like they add brown sugar or something. The salad rolls are the best I’ve had around town with a unique interior, comes with good peanut sauce.

Mina was so kind and sweet, you can really tell she loves her job and her restaurant. The food was also incredible.

I have been looking for a half decent chicken satay for years. Not only is Mina's great, but it honestly may be the best I've had. The chicken is spiced just right, and the sauce is immaculate. And the dipping sauce for the coconut shrimp is amazing, too! The larb was refreshing and wonderfully spicy if you prefer something lighter. The portions are quite reasonable for the price. The larb was enough for two of us to share.
The waitress was kind, and the service was quicker than I expected. I ordered to go and waited less than ten minutes. This will definitely be my new go-to for take out.

This place is a hidden gem for Thai food. Great selection, great prices, and great food. Friendly staff. What more could you want. I love the teas here, too.

We were passing by Salem today and decided to stop by this place and try it out. Their taro and strawberry banana bubble teas were delicious!! Pad Thai was good too. Place was small, but owner was very sweet and helpful! You can really see that she pours everything in this little restaurant!

Great food and great prices! Some of my favorite Thai food dishes weren't listed on the menu, but Mina was happy to make them!

Her Bacon and Egg Fried Rice is the best thing I have EVER tasted! I always get a Taro Bubble Tea with it. It’s one of my favorite drinks, if not my favorite.
Mina is so friendly and kind! She always makes me laugh. Whether she’s there or not, service is great! And the restaurant is nicely decorated.
I can’t recommend Mina’s enough!
