Dr. Michael D. Bennett, DDS

I would recommend Dr.Bennett and his team to anyone. I went for a consultation on Monday and they were able to squeeze me in the next day for my surgery. The works are polite, friendly, and professional. They didn’t mind addressing any concerns I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

I was so afraid to get my teeth checked and cleaned, but this doctor is really good. I wouldnt change him in the world. He makes you feel comfortable by making jokes ...

My experience was horrible here. First off I was terrified because I was having 2 teeth pulled and they called me the day before to tell me that my insurance would only pay for local anesthetic which on my first tooth was fine but he couldn't get my second one to numb when I told him I could still feel it he told me it was just pressure (im pretty sure I know the difference between pressure and pain) none the less I felt the whole thing with my second tooth, I would rather give birth 2 more times then ever experience the pain I felt. He was smashing my face with all his weight I told him her was hurting me he said he has to get a grip on my tooth, then has the oddasity to say I should had been put under for the right tooth (I couldn't believe it) now I have a huge bruise on that side of my face and I still cannot open my mouth the other side feels great like nothing ever happened so he did something terribly wrong to the right side. After he got the second tooth out he was gone he didn't stick around to make sure I was ok or anything. The people in the waiting room was so loud and they was recording the people waiting live on their Facebook all while the receptionist was entertaining it rather then telling them to be curtious to other patients.. I gave 2 stars because the assistant to the dentist was nice and tried her best to make me comfortable. I recommend a different oral surgeon he didn't seem invested in his patients well being it seemed all about the money.

I was given an appointment. I took off work for my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed. I got there office closed and locked. Tried calling, no answer. Left messages, no answer. I seen someone from the staff go up, called back and they hung up. I will not refer anyone to go!

Dr. Bennett is rough and unprofessional! He was suppose to remove a tooth and he left pieces of the tooth in my mouth. During the procedure he had problems removing the tooth, stating that “I had strong bones”. When I called to complain a week after I had my tooth removed, they simply told me to keep the area clean. When I looked in my mouth you can see a piece of tooth protruding up. The whole experience was very traumatic. FYI: He takes HIP so he treats you like you aren’t worth the effort.

If you have any questions as far as billing or scheduling an appointment during their office hours Monday through Friday don't even bother calling the office on Friday after 4 p.m. because they won't pick up the phone and they won't help you.

That is very unprofessional if you don't even bother to change your hours considering that you close an hour early.

If your hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday then you should be expected to help your clients up until 5 p.m. and not just leave the phone ringing.

I am never coming back to this practice ever again once I pay off the bill from my procedure and they aren't very honest with you upfront about any surprise costs either.

I normally don't write reviews like this but the only reason why I'm doing it is because I believe the staff is extremely rude due to one particular elderly black lady that works at the office.

Once again don't even bother with these people find you a better dentist.

This is the worst dentist EVER!! I'm convinced that the 5 star reviews are fake. My daughter had to have 6 corrective gum surgeries to undo what this old, non-seeing, inexperienced idiot messed up. On top of all of that the office staff is TERRIBLE!! So much for supporting black owned businesses. Warning: STAY FAR AWAY

Man is very rude and rough and when I asked the dental assistant to ask Michael could he be more gentle because the last time I was here he split my mouth I was asked to leave. Such a shame when your asked to leave just because you want someone to be gentle with your mouth.

I only gave it one star because I had to....the office staff for claims is horrible. She is only in on certain days, it takes days for her to call yo back and no one else in the office can help you only take a message, of which she gets after she has already been out of the office for two to three days.
