I had Dan install a new well pump at my house several years ago. He and his crew did a great job, things have been running smoothly.
This last Friday the water went out. I called American Pump and Spa on Saturday, since they were most familiar with my setup. Dan tried to contact me by both phone and text first thing Sunday morning. We made arrangements and they were here at 9am sharp today (Monday). Before 10am the problem was fixed. Turns out a pressure switch my dad had installed decades ago had finally burned out.
The fee was completely reasonable, especially considering that they started preparing for the job during the weekend and came here the second they had crew available. I even had cash left over to give them the tip they most definitely earned.
Will I do business with them again? Yes. EVERY TIME.

We were out of water this morning 😖 Called American Pump and Dan came right out! He had parts on hand and got everything replaced in less than an hour. Great customer service!

Maybe like the last review, you get a new pump and don't rely on this company knowing how to do quality repair, you might be right. After $467 to replace the seal and bearings on my pool pump, 60 days later, same problem. I was told that this company could put in more new seals for parts and labor...I can order a new motor from Inyo online for $307. Seems like quite the racket...do a "fix", charge gobs of money, cause you know in 2 months, it will have to be done again, and money in your pocket! Whatever happened to service after the sale, and standing behind your work? This review applies to the Eugene and Pleasant Hill offices, same guy. If you use this guy, you deserve what you end up with...a big bill and the problem fixed temporarily...but they will come back out and charge you again.
