I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and services that Pawsitive Wellness provides. I first started using their vet services a few years back out of the convenience of living in the area. I have since moved further away and could chose any of the many other vets in my area but have chosen to come back due to how amazing the staff treats my two dogs. I have a very timid, reactive chunky girl, who can be intimidating. All of the staff have been so great with accommodating her needs, whether that means making sure the waiting room is clear or coming outside to grab us if we wait outside to maintain distance, having treats on hand and never overwhelming her, and allowing her sister to assist as emotional support at all her appointments. They have never once cornered her, muzzled her or made me feel judged like she's a "bad dog". I have unfortunately had this experience at a vet over in West Eugene. The staff at Pawsitive Wellness have done double eyelid surgery for my chunky girl and her spay. The staff made sure I was well informed of the procedure, costs and aftercare info. They made sure to give consistent check ins and happily answered all my worried mama phone calls with such patience and understanding. They have also helped to treat and maintain good skin health for my girl who has bad skin allergies. Not only are the staff good to my dogs but they are fantastic when working with me on setting up double-dog appointments and providing estimates of costs so that I can better financially plan what I can pay for and if I may need an additional appointment where I can cover more costs at a later point in time. They also so have a lot of fun contests, one of which my dogs one a gift basket for their Halloween costumes (they use this photo for their online portal, HOW CUTE! =P). They also do a lot with community engagement and give backs. They have made many donations for community events that have been hosted through my employer. Can't say enough about Pawisitive Wellness, Thank You So Much!

Pawsitive Wellness did a professional exam and treatment of my Chi Mix Cali, Dr.Davies and her team were very pleasant and thorough while working on Cali. The receptionist Wendy at the front counter was very knowledgeable and sweet.

I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and care given at this clinic! Everyone from the front desk team, to the vet techs, to Dr. Laura were incredibly nice and welcoming. I brought my dog in for his first acupuncture appointment and Dr. Laura was sure to explain everything she was doing and why, which definitely helped me understand how helpful acupuncture is for dogs. Dara was able to earn my dog’s trust incredibly quick, which is a feat on its own!

I can see positive changes in my dog’s demeanor after just one session and I can’t wait to see how he continues to progress! It feels like we’ve turned back the clock and my tired, sore senior boy is acting like a young dog again 😊

Pawsitive is the only place I trust for my pet care. Dr. Hewitt is especially amazing, and the office staff are top-notch (thank you Wendy and Jenny!). Dr. Hewitt put both of our cats on paths toward health after some rocky diagnoses. Both are doing amazing now. Thank you for all of your help and care with Howie and Frankie! Team Pawsitive forever!

I brought my cat Asia in for a first visit to Pawsitive. She was due for a yearly checkup and blood work. Dr. Jenny Davis and Veterinary Assistant Dara were great. Very friendly to Asia and me. Pets, like us humans, become nervous about getting healthcare. But Dr. Davis and Dara helped make her very comfortable. Pawsitive is a beautiful, fairly new clinic. Very bright and clean. All the staff are extremely welcoming as soon as you walk in the door.

So happy we found Pawsitive Wellness! We left another local vet after several bad experiences over the years. Our first visit to Pawsitive Wellness was polar opposite and so wonderful! The staff are super nice, decor of the office is fresh and clean, we got in right on time, had coffee offered to us, Dr. Hewitt was amazing with our large (and nervous) Akita/Husky/Shepherd. She and her assistant took their time and didn't force our dog to do anything crazy on the first visit & still addressed our concerns and helped diagnose our dog with very little stress at all to him. We will be back soon with our other dog and are thrilled to finally find a great vet in Eugene!

What a great experience. They were attentive and friendly without complaining about my dogs more natural care requests and diet. These are the best vets I have experienced in the area over the last 11 years.

Yeah for Crystal! Hey, wanted to share a shout out to Pawsitive Wellness. We found a boxer on campus and had no clue what to do as she had no collar. I called Pawsitive Wellness and Crystal answered and I asked if I brought her in if we could scan for a chip. She happily said yes.

I drove over, everyone greeted me with happy smiles and helpfulness and found she wasn't chipped. Crystal offered to house her until her owner was found or the rescue found a foster.

Later that day Pawsitive Wellness found her owner and she was safely returned.

Crystal and Pawsitive Wellness didn't have to do anything and it was incredibly helpful and kind and they made me feel so happy to be at Pawsitive Wellness with our dogs. Big thanks to Crystal and Wendy for being so kind and helpful.

Also PW made an office building of people feel proud for saving a dog from a busy street and reuniting with the owner. So a happy ending story.

They took their time and allowed our dog to get comfortable with them no muzzle just talked to him and gave treats to him until he was relaxed and trusted them enough to.look at his paw. In my opinion the best vet. service in this area. I didn't have to hold my dog down or put a muzzle on him or hear him cry with his tail tucked between his legs and see the fear and panic in his eyes. Amazing service and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.

Our 65lb pit bull Dexter is pain and fear reactive. Our old vet didn't take the time to get to know him at all, they would muzzle him and do the absolute bare minimum to get us gone as fast as possible. Going to the vet was a HORRIBLE experience for all of us.
Pawsitive Wellness in Eugene was like night and day in comparison. Dr Jennifer Davies has a master's in animal behavior. She sat down with us and took the time to win Dexter over. She was able to examine his legs and ears (although not with a scope, he wasn't having that! Lol) with no muzzle even mentioned. By the end of the visit, he was rubbing against her asking for pets and scratches.
Absolutely THRILLED with how this first visit went. Will be establishing care for our other pitbull with them in the next few weeks as well. So happy we switched!!

Dr. Hewitt saved my dog's life. She didn't ignore my dog's high liver values like our old vet did, instead she suggested a quick ultrasound just to see that everything with my dog's liver was ok ... Well it turned out my dog had a giant tumor on her liver! We caught it early enough that it was able to be safely removed. Thank you Dr. Hewitt and everyone at Pawsitive Wellness from Scout, who is happy and healthy thanks to you ❤

The staff and doctors are the best. The treat their patients with kindness and love.
I was searching for a veterinarian for several years after previous veterinarian moved to Bend. It took me several years to find a group that met the standards we were use too. They are all great, you can trust your dogs will receive the best of care. They never add test or drugs unless absolutely necessary.

Can I just say A M A Z I N G people work here. One of my biggest struggles as a young adult is not being taken seriously. Here, they care about everything I have to say, even if it’s not necessarily needed info I’m giving. I live in Lebanon and CHOOSE to drive to Eugene because I will not find another team that loves my dog as much as they do. Two weeks ago, they amputated a nipple which ended up being cancerous. Today, they performed an emergency surgery resulting in them removing a large piece of plastic from his stomach. It’s currently a half an hour passed their closing time and they’re still here making sure everything is ready before I go. That’s ON TOP of them already skipping their lunch to make everyone’s appointments happen. If you’ve had a negative experience here, chances are it wasn’t the staff’s fault. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know with pets. I seriously love this place 🥺❤

I took my dog here after shopping around for a new vet. He was having chronic problems that no one was able to fix. Multiple other vets told me worst case scenarios. I brought him here we got on a new medication regimen. He seems to be healing and doing 10 times better. 100% would recommend.

Hands down the best vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I truly never thought I’d look forward to vet appointments— but with each visit I’m blown away by their attention to detail, compassion, professionalism, and the LOVE that these folks have for my (and all) animals. Very personal care. These folks care about their patients and their patients owners. A lovely spa like atmosphere too. My dog has made great strides in recovery from an accident through chiropractic treatments. The tender gentle care he has received has been instrumental n his recovery.
UPDATE: These folks continue to provide outstanding care to my best friend, my dog. He loves going to this vet and is always excited to see them, despite procedures that he's had there. I think that speaks volumes of the quality and caliber of care that they provide!

We brought our new puppy Kevin in for his first visit. He absolutely loved it and adored the staff. We were so nervous him being a small dog and his first Vet experience but let me tell you the staff to the doctor are so amazing and down to earth! They answered all our questions and gave us plenty of info. They made us feel so comfortable and our puppy was loving it by the end. I recommend this clinic 10/10 completely changed my opinion on vet clinics so I can only imagine how much my Puppy loved it.

I definitely have a new vet. I was able to get my cat in same day for a skin issue. All the front desk staff, techs, and the Vet were AMAZING. They really took the time and listened to all my concerns. They were so gentle and kind with my nervous kitty and did everything they could to keep her comfortable. I was well informed about all the aspects of the differential and treatment options going forward. I have been so worried about my cat but I really feel like she is in good hands with them and they gave me so many options to contact them with any questions or concerns. I wasn't left hanging with unanswered or brushed off questions. 100/10, all the gold stars, no notes.

Gave my senior dog a very thorough exam took extra care to keep her comfortable and answered all of my many many questions! Some of the best vet care I've received for my 14 year old dog
