We recently purchased a twin bed and mattress at Eugene Mattress Company, and the entire purchase and delivery experience were wonderful!

Tyson was the salesperson who helped us select the bed, mattress, pillow, and accessories. We didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" anything to us. Rather, he was curious about what we needed and helped us find reasonable solutions.

The delivery happened just a couple of days later, and Tanner and his coworker were friendly and quickly loaded and assembled the bed.

What truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. tldr; excellent service, better than expected mattress for the budget, worth the monies, excited to support a local small business rather than big box or online.

Now that it’s been well over a month, I am excited to give a 5/5 review of our experience at Eugene Mattress Co.

We debated going to a bigger mattress store (but those are creepy and are clearly a front, plus my previous starter mattress I bought from Mattress Firm didn’t have the best customer service seven years ago… but I don’t hold grudges), or shopping one of the dozens of online mattress options but we ultimately didn’t feel comfortable potentially dropping $2K on an option we couldn’t compare for surface level info.

I did a TON of research on Reddit, YouTube (mostly reviews and HOW to understand mattress composition) and also read a couple of white papers prior to dragging my family in to EMC.

As you might guess, having a new baby is a big change, and to help our kiddo and I sleep, my partner was sleeping on the couch most nights since they’ve been born. Between our old mattress sagging (with a new foam topper not helping), it being too small for our parent-bod figures (queen), being able to feel each other's every little move, and the noise our poor frame made... it wasn't restful.

First night in to our new mattress, and we all could sleep together. On top of that, we were warm, had space to spread out, and I didn't feel movement. I teared up when I woke that next morning.

We are very grateful to Tanner for helping us wander around the store and find a mattress that I think will end up being one of the best family purchases we've made. We asked lots a questions and asked, “so can you cut us a deal?” with waggled eyebrows many times.

Thanks for helping us find a good one, thanks to your delivery folks (Josh + ?) for being kind, professional, and quick.

Excited for years of sleeping!

FYI we purchased a King Latex (MLILY Power Cool Plush), a platform bed frame, and a mattress cover from EMC for around $2300 in Spring 2023.

KC and his team took care of me and my family! Walked out with just what I needed. Fast forward a few months and I’m still loving my firm bed and frame!

My husband and I purchased a mattress about 2 weeks ago. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were shown several options and were able to find a mattress that worked for our needs very quickly. Our shopping experience was excellent. After having the mattress for just one night my husband realized he had an allergic reaction. He went back to the store and was able to get the mattress swapped the same day. The owners knew right away that my husband had a reaction to the fire retardant, and were able to replace our mattress with the same one that they had aired out. We were very pleased with all of our interactions in store and on the phone. This family is professional and caring. We would strongly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new bed or mattress. We will definitely be back for any future needs.

I’ve used Eugene mattress company numerous times and they always come through for me finding a great product at a great price. The staff is amazing, friendly and courteous I highly recommend them for all your home bedding needs.

I went into Eugene Mattress Company today looking to buy a new bed. Not only did I find a bed but I found some great customer service as well!! Levi was quick to approach us with a smile and great attitude. The atmosphere was very inviting as well. As we were trying out some beds Casey pointed out which bed he currently sleeps on. We really liked that bed so we went with that! They took some time to go over all the beds and make sure that bed was the one we wanted. Over all it was a very pleasant experience! So if you find yourself in the area go inside and see what they have to offer. They are tremendously friendly and knowledgeable about the products the have. Thank you Levi for all your help, and thank you Casey for your personal opinion on the bed we chose. You guys are awesome!

Their staff made my mattress buying experience a breeze! They helped me find the perfect bed. Prices were super reasonable as well. I highly recommend going in to their showroom to see what they have!

I had been going around town trying to find a bed and a mattress I like and an opportunity to support a local business. I was so excited to walk in and see a ton of options for both at Eugene Mattress Company! They have a wide range of styles and prices and much was in stock. Despite their discreet sign, these guys are great. Their products are affordable and there is a variety of tiers for pricing. (Somehow cheaper than Goodwill and St Vinnies). So you can get something nice and well built, or a Chest that the kids will draw on but won’t fall apart.

They have everything you could need for bedroom furniture. The people are very nice and helpful. It’s also good to support local, so if you need anything for your room, check here first!

Our experience with Eugene Mattress Company was fantastic - they are a great local business to support.
1) they have a ton of stock in store so you can get what you want soon/day of!
2) we had a mattress snafoo (our fault) and Eugene Mattress Company worked with us to figure out how to remedy and buy the right sizes of what we needed - they were patient and accomodating and helped us get what we were looking for.
3) customer service was excellent - from phone, to in store, and to the delivery folks who assembled our bed frame.

We have purchased multiple items from here. Mattress toppers, kids twin mattresses, a king mattress , an rv mattress for our trailer , and sent My elderly mother in and she was taken care of like she was family. Highly recommend!
