Gentle Dentist

Friendly, helpful office/dental staff. Always prompt for appointments. I don’t see a high turnover of employees which is always a good sign. I have a lot of faith and confidence in Dr. Craney and very much appreciate the way he takes time to listen, even for small talk.

I was very afraid of dentist. The first time I went in everyone was very nice, very professional. They made me very comfortable. I now look forward to going to my appointments. They all changed my idea of Dentist. I am so lucky to have found such a great Dentist.

Honestly the best dentist I have ever been to! The receptionist, hygienist, and the doctor were all extremely kind and knew their stuff! They walked me through each X-Ray and photo so I understood what they were talking about and why they recommended each treatment. As someone who hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time prior to a year ago, Gentle Dentist did not make me feel bad about my health history at all (which cannot be said for all dentists) and were completely understanding and warm. 10/10 experience, can’t rate them highly enough

Talk about gentle!!! DJ, hygienist and Dr. Craney conscienciously focused on making every move most gentle.Every staff member was so personable and friendly. The office was so clean and fresh smelling. Thank you all for my first totally enjoyable dental experience.

Dr Craney is a very caring dentist, because he provides OUTSTANDING dental care. I had a tooth that was bothering me and he was trying to find the source of the problem. After leaving the office he asked me to call and give an update on how the tooth was doing. After a couple of visits the source of the problem has been resolved .

Very polite, friendly and welcoming. I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned- so I’m really feeling the warmth and sincerity of the staff , Lynn rocks cleaning my teeth very pleased!!! I truly enjoy Gentle Dentist!!!!! I really enjoy my visits there!!! Thank you to DJ also!!!!

Dr. Crainey is very good, plus personable. His plan administrator with the Golden Doodle is way friendly and fantastic

Had X-rays done today1/15/2024. Apparatus dug into my gums because it is too large. There needs to multiple sizes. What do you do for children. This apparatus should be abled to be reduced in size with present technology. Not thrilled today
