Great experience. They were able to get me an appointment right away. The team that came out was very professional, honest, and walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. The prices were affordable. This will be the company I call if I ever need help with our plumbing again.

Jay the tech showed up on time and his work is outstanding. I recommend these guys over anybody else. The owner was especially nice to deal with over the phone. GREAT BUSINESS.

My sump pump was down yesterday and I called Feikema and Dirk called back in about 15 minutes. Said he'd come as soon as he finished up his current job. Dirk arrived 45 min later with new pump. Another 45 min he was finished. Dirk was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Great job! Will call again next time I need help.

Jay was my technician. He arrived earlier than I could have hoped for and finished his work very quickly. He checked everything out and the charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased. I already have people asking for the phone number. Will use Feikema for any similar work.

Called Feikema at 8am today for an appointment. They were going to be at my house this afternoon. I received a call at 10 am from service man Jay asking if they could come over now. They came by, were very polite and considerate. Fixed the problem quickly with no mess and I thought my bill was very reasonable. Thanks Feikema, next plumbing call will be to you.

I had an emergency situation with our septic system about to spill over so I called and asked for service for today. I had called numerous other companies. Mr. Feikema promised me a slot for tomorrow, but that he was not sure if he could get to our house today since his crew was booked for today, but that he would try to get someone over here. I did get a call around lunch time and by 1 pm our septic was pumped! Thanks to Feikema a disaster got avoided!! They give excellent customer service. The 2-member crew that came out were very professional and they gave me good advice. I'm totally going to use Feikema again next year. Thank you again!

Dirk came and found the kitchen sink sewer line was clogged.
Dave and Greg came and finished other plumbing issues in September. Wonderful guys. I wouldn't trust anyone else to fix plumbing issues.

Awesome! Jay was the 4th plumber to try to remove a rod machine stuck in root-clogged drain tile, in under 2 hours he got it! Feikema is my new Go To for sewer problems!

Jay was able to come out and clean my sewer line for an amazing price. Thank you for helping me when I needed it the most. Recommend to my neighbors and parents.

My low point drain in the basement was pushing water back and had about 3 inches of standing water when I discovered it. This was 6:00 pm and after most businesses are closed. I was recommended to the Feikema's from our local plumber as they work on the drain to city connection that our local guy wasn't comfortable with.
They answered the phone! A big plus when I have 3 inches of water in the basement and more coming in. The answering attendant was pleasant and understanding. She passed my info on to Dirk Feikema who called me to review the situation. After hearing my explanation we discussed possible solutions including contacting the town of Munster.
Dirk called the town for me and was able to diagnose a city issue. Munster public works had to fix the problem but it was the Feikema Plumbing company that was the catalyst for the repair. By the time I went to bed that night the water was down and I had fans running to dry up the rest.

I thought all companies were the same. I was wrong. Soo glad I called Feikema Plumbing. The technician called me back, stopped by, made sense; and gave me an honest opinion and options (all in the same day). They got the job done. Saved me thousands. Thank you Dirk, Jimmy and Jay! Beyond grateful.

We called Sunday and left a message and first thing Monday morning someone was at our door ready to assist us with our problem. They got the whole job done that day. They were a recommendation by my dad, and we know Feikema has done work in this house with the original owners. I can see why, good quality work, honest pricing and the guys were great. I will definitely use them again if need be.

Feikema and team have been there for me commercially and at my home multiple times and I have never been disappointed.

2nd review: Called this morning (before they were even open) and someone answered. Told him or issue, slow draining main line with some water back up. He told me they could get to us today. A tech called about an hour and a half later saying he was on his way. They were able to fix our issue to our satisfaction and were very reasonably priced. I think we have our go to plumbing company. Just wish they were available on weekends. Also, on another note, DO NOT USE SUMMERS PLUMBING. The tech from Summers came out on Sunday (since Feikema wasn't available), took one look at our issue and said he'd have to come back with another guy the following day but still charged us the $160 fee for coming out.
1st review (posted right after the service man left): Our sewer drains started to back up and we were getting water in our basement. We called first thing in the morning. The line was busy so my husband left a message. Not even one minute after leaving the message, the company called my husband back. My husband told the man our issue. He checked the day's schedule and said that his guy was currently on a job and could come out after that. Since we had no time constraints, that worked for us. The man on the phone, Dirk, was friendly and professional. About 1 1/2 - 2 hours later, Jimmy called my husband and said he would be at our house in about 30 minutes, which he was. He was very friendly and got to work right away. He kept us informed while he worked. Luckily, we didn't have any big issues. Jimmy also gave us advice on several things and answered all our questions. He worked quickly and was in and out in about an hour or so. We called Feikema because I saw they had a few good reviews online and I am so glad we did. 100% happy with their work, their timeliness, their professionalism, and their knowledge. We will definitely use them going forward for our plumbing needs!!

Great service. Jay was friendly honest and fast . 2nd floor tub backed up Solved problem quick .Pulled out cap stuck in pipe .Resolved basement drain issue as well. Pulled out debris roots etc .Left no mess!! .Amazing service I do recommend 👌
