Walmart Supercenter

Two customer service reps went above and beyond to exchange an item for me that was a few weeks past the return date. I never had any problems with Walmart until this. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Kudos to you two for a job well done and true customer service in action!

Found everything I needed n then some. N my check out girl was very nice n friendly, n smiled the whole time. Thank u.

My local Walmart doesn't keep stock of Ole Roy pouches. I stopped in after my son's football game and they had PLENTY. My girls LUV them. This Walmart also has a great selection of dog sweaters at a great price. Downside, I was hoping to exchange a harness that was to big for my chihuahua but they didn't carry the same style. I'll be returning 🐕🐕

Love this store!! Whether I'm dealing with pharmacy, vision or just shopping, the employees are great, from walking in the door to checkout! My latest experience was in dairy. The employees were unloading a truck and super busy, yet LJ made the time to go in back and get something for me that was not on the refrigerator shelf! And he did the same for another woman that walked up while I was waiting!! Thank you LJ and all the walmart employees that go above and beyond!!

Gotta love walmart. This was a really good one. They were so busy stocking shelves, but still took time to help me. I highly recommend you do not go shopping hungry. I did.😀 Went in a second time a month later. Didnt realize i been here before. This time brought my side kick Milo the Frenchie. Great selection in pet department and he lives the chicken jerky and his chew toy. I also got him a reflective harness for shippers and receivers. Good job Walmart. Thank you.

Found a few items I could use at a good price. I always find something I could use, not necessarily need but I buy it anyway. The employees are helpful and friendly.

The Hammond Store was ok ( despite the 1st of the year and restocking).No problem with self checkout either.

This, Walmart is always super busy. There are usually no open registers with people. I always have to use the self scan.

I don't know what has changed since the last time we were there. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A pleasant surprise.

Sometimes your stock is lacking only my preferences 😌 2 of your workers Myron and didn't get the name of the one helping at the self checkout were very helpful in taking care of answering my inquiries!! Love being able to count on my local Walmart for the majority of my family's needs.

Had a GReat experience with JayD in electronics today! This young gentleman was so friendly, so patient, so knowledgeable and smiled the Whole Time! Shout out to JayD! Told You I would! Good customer service reps are a dying breed. Companies should realize it determines whether a customer will return or not. The experience creates the feelings, the feelings create the memory Good or Bad. Oh, not to forget Zachary in Returns, more on the serious side but appreciated that he knew his sh.. and didn't disappear everytime the line got long.

I loved the selection of clothes they had for kids! They are marked at great prices! Everything was easy to find, the staff was helpful and polite. Would definitely come back to this location

The store was very ni e! One of the best ones I've seen. They have a wide variety of Christmas ornaments and trees, beautiful.. The only problem was the auto care center. I arrived at 10-10:30 and they finished at 3:35! That's way to long just to get two tires put on. Other than that, I will definitely shop here again. 👍🏻💕
