Fred Meyer

Easy to park and to get to. I was visiting from out of town and needed to get an emergency prescription. The pharmacy staff was professional and very helpful. I was able to find all of the grocery items I needed in the store easily and when I did need some help I was able to find someone to help me quickly. The checker was nice and efficient. All in all it was a great experience and if I am back in the area I will come here again.

A better Fred Myers than most. Better workers and Management than the one by me. Much better produce. Variety, quality and quantity. Customer service wait times can be 0 to 5-10 minutes. The Fred Meyers by where I live wait times can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or more to see someone in customer service. More parking, restrooms and less stressed area give this Fred Meyers 5 stars.

Great produce. I like that they don't have the same songs playing on the radio loudly so we can't help but get the words stuck in our heads. Groceries are great, household products, wine, beer, meat, donuts, they have most of what anyone would need on a day-to-day basis.

Haven't been to Burlingame store in years. Well stocked, much bigger than it looks from the outside, found everything we needed and more.

Nice store. Very good service, the produce is fresh, and the sign is very cool.

I come on bike often and the packers are always so nice and accomodating. I've never had a problem with staff and it's always pretty good prices.

I’m 71, spent yesterday at OHSU Emergency. Had a infection, fever, etc. I had my fiend take me to get some meds. Today I couldn’t locate my wallet. After searching for 3 time I called the last place I’ve been and there Fred Meyers had it and when I picked it up everything was in it. As a senior retired you know how amazing they are. ❤❤❤

Burlingame is hands down the best Fred Meyer store in the chain. The employees who work here seem to actually like working here. Love the updated historic store, and huge selection. It was kinda of a rundown dump before the remodel. But now it's a showcase store. The layout is kinda odd but I guess that's part of the charm? And yes, they have windows to the outside. It makes such a big difference to have windows in a grocery store.

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews here. Have been shopping at this location for a few years. Used to shop at a Fred Meyer in Bend, Vancouver and downtown Portland regularly in the past. All of them have been very good but I think this location is the best. Yes, parking is slightly challenging at times but not bad. The Safeway and Albertsons nearby always have empty parking lots, probably because everyone knows Freddie’s is better!

Bakery did a great custom cake for me recently. The cashiers are always very fast and friendly. I can’t think of a single negative experience over all the years I have shopped here and at other Fred Meyer locations.

This is a review for the staff at the Fred Meyer. I lost my wallet after I checked out.

I realized I lost my wallet later in the day. I retraced my steps using my Tile app and went back to Fred Meyers. The customer service department had my wallet! Not only that, it had the $131 dollars of cash that was lost with it.

Very happy with the employees / customer service at this location.

I received exceptional, above and beyond service from "Mr. Awesome" Lee. When I approached him, he was hard at work, cleaning, but paused to escort me to another corner of the store to help me find a product that I was seeking, but unfamiliar with.

I also had an excellent experience checking out with Nick (Nickohlas, according to the receipt), who helped me determine my total, so that I could more accurately utilize a green bag bottle deposit voucher.

This is my usual store for grocery shopping (largely for geographical reasons), but today's experience left me impressed enough to finally write a review. Keep up the great customer service!

I shop at this location multiple times each week. Everyone is very friendly. Most frequently I am assisted by Roger or Trevor. Extremely friendly while offering swift service. The store is in walking distance from my residence. I also frequent the Starbucks inside as well. And I would say they offer the same great friendly service as well.

Went to the Pharmacy. Parking was easy, the pharmacist was friendly and helpful. The pharmacy techs were helpful and friendly. Wait time was short. I bought a few things afterwards and all the front end staff had smiles. It made for a good store experience.

It's just Fred Meyers, but this store is clean and the employees are great. I literally dropped a bag with a glass bottle of Apple Cider in it at the self checkout area. It didn't break, but within a solid 5 seconds, an associate was right there to help me repackage my ripped bag. He even advised me to not open it for a little because he didn't want the bottle to explode and ruin my time. I laughed, he smiled, and I left. Good job!

I love this Fred Meyer store. I have shopped here for 30 years.
It is right on Barbur Blvd. Yesterday, I zipped in. I explained to the cashier that my Honda held precious cargo out front. She smiled and let me know she understood.
The manager was busily getting a balloon for someone in a hurry. And as I waited, I thought ~ Wow this store is humming but everybody who works here is pretty happy to serve their customers!

I am going to keep this review where it is as the over all store is great. After shopping here for decades I am leaving the pharmacy of this store and moving to Walgreen. It is too bad but something has happened in the pharmacy. They have had a lot of turn over and I have had a number of issues which have cost me money. It is just time for a move.
