I have been a satisfied patient of Dr Cynthia Williams for close to twenty years. Her staff has always been supportive and helpful. Dr Williams always listens to what I am saying; my concerns, and questions. She offers informed advice and guidance. She shares many different hypotheses and approaches in meeting all of my medical concerns and needs. I would recommend Dr Williams. I trust her expertise. She is a knowledgeable, kind and caring medical professional with a great heart and sense of humor.

The newest front desk woman, Cheryl is so sweet! Front desk staff has been very mean for years so she is a nice addition. Very kind and did her best to get me in for a last minute appointment.

I absolutely love Dr. Cynthia Williams. She takes time to listen and you can tell how much she cares. She’s compassionate and very thorough. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Her nurse is awesome too. They are real and I love that! I would give ten stars if I could!

I've been at this place since they opened up, Dr. David Williams is an amazing guy very personable man. The nurses and the staff are very amazing people. You couldn't ask for a better group of people, totally changed my opinion of a Dr's office. In an amazing way.

As a patient of Dr. Cynthia Williams, I can vouch for her. Since beginning with her, I've felt my concerns listened to with the utmost care, and I've never felt rushed or cajoled. The staff and nurses have all been polite, if not outright fun. I can't say about the other doctors, but I would definitely recommend mine.

Dr Ruley ALWAYS goes above & beyond for his patients. My significant other was undiagnosed for years, we brought our concern to Dr Ruley & he got him into a specialist in a very good time frame, not only that we finally got the correct diagnosis for him. Anytime his patient needs anything he is on it. His nurse Misty is the most compassionate nurse I have had the pleasure of encountering. The receptionists/office admins have outstanding patient care as well! They do care about their patients & any time we've needed anything they have been on top of it as well. If I could give this doctor & his office staff a thousand stars I would in a heartbeat! Keep up the good work Dr Ruley & Staff, you guys are awesome!

Dr. Ruley has been my doctor for 9 yrs. He's the best doctor I've ever been to! He's very personable, easy to talk to and actually takes time to really listen to why you are there to see him. He doesn't just brush off your medical concerns to specialists from the get go. He's doesn't try to hurry you just to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
His MA Misty, is compassionate, and always very friendly, and takes the time to get any info needed for the doctor so he doesn't walk in blindly. I recommend Dr. Ruley to anyone who is looking for a family doctor.

I have been going to Southside Family Medical Group for over 12y... Dr. Goul, her nursing staff and the ladies who work the front desk check in are all helpful, answer your questions and are professional, and make it enjoyable when visiting no Mather if your sick, getting an annual check up, shots or blood draw. They are in the St.. Frances network, and take just about Ll medical insurance. Definitely recommend.

Thought I twisted my knee in a fall, doc Cynthia Williams ordered an MRI, same day, results. I had broken my leg, Teresa (williams staff) got me in Ortho office next day! They worked really fast and hard to take care of me! Truly an amazing group of professionals!

I wanted to check out Dr. Ruley based a little rumor that he was an intelligent Doc that I could be brutally honest with, and not shoot myself in foot while doing so! Well, I can confirm that he is definitely an intelligent Doc, who I was very honest with. So far, he's a 5 for me!

Dr Goul has been my dr. for many years. She makes you feel at ease, really knows her stuff, and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff.
