Great place to deliver. Live unloads are reasonable time in and out. Drop/Hook is very very quick in and out. They have a lounge area with vending machines. Clean restroom!!

I would give no stars. But that isn't an option.. I arrived 1 hr 20 mins before my appointment. They put me in a door right away.. however I've been in this door for 5 hrs and still waiting for them to finish unloading me. At this moment it is myself and one other truck in the docks. This is absolutely disrespectful to drivers who have other loads to pick up after this. These people need to understand that we have a clock we answer to and by keeping us in doors this long backs up our loads and our days... I don't using put reviews but this is just wrong..

Check in is easy though their app!!Had to be worked in but got a door right away took 4hrs to bump to the dock!! Took 45mins to unload then check out was so easy though their app

Bob Chris and Drew that work in the guard shack for truck check in awesome they're all happy Pleasant and extremely helpful they made my first reefer experience a lot easier and removed a lot of the stress with their knowledge and help you guys rock keep doing what you're doing

I had a 3am appointment so i got here way early. They checked me in and assigned me a door. Didnt promise anything, but at least i got spot to take a break and wait. So i made a sandwitch. So im at home in my sleeper. They were good people at the gate. Easy to communicate with.

Always love it here and the private drivers lounge is a plus.

Typical trucking warehouse, checked in 30 min Early and empty and on my way 1 1/2 hrs after appointment time. Nothing to complain about

Real nice people. Great service. My load will be ready at 1300. Then south to Texas.

Love coming here probably one of my fav places for deliveries and picks. Always easy check in/out can’t complain plus if early you can sleep next to the curve Inside🙌🏻

I had zero problems with this delivery. I arrived at 1030 for my 1100 appointment. They had me in a door at 1100. Before 1200 I was unloaded, paperwork in hand and gone.

I am more than satisfied with this company.. easy check in 6hours before appointment was given a door to wait in front employee came 4 hours later open the doors checked temp broke seal I was finished 2 hours before my initial appointment.. got the text went to security got my bol and went back to sleep on their yard no problem.. they got a bathroom plenty of room to maneuver.. lived the experience here.. thank u

Just got unloaded and now getting Reloaded, the people here are nice and it's a large facility with lots of room for backing in the docks.

Apoitment time is 11am cheak in at 10:15am cheak out at 1pm

Always a good experience coming here to deliver or pick up. We drop n hook here, so it’s always quick n easy. The new check in process isn’t terrible either. Quick n easy. In and out.

Easy in/out nice restroom for drivers staff was nice even let me take my break can’t complain that’s for sure

Has anyone worked there recently, how is it, how long are the shifts? I have many years driving stand ups, sit downs, double jacks etc. Experienced in cold storage, currently I work at the largest Cold storage provider in the world but im always looking for bigger and better opportunities...

I love to read the crying truck drivers' reviews.
I have been coming to Interstate Cold Storage since 2019 on and off, I have not encountered any issues, and I always get unloaded way before my appointment time.
Crying drivers get you different job.
