Had the smoothest experience this past month getting a new car here. Everyone involved in the process was excellent. I felt well informed but not pressured. After a lot of time doing test drives, asking all kinds of questions, and going back and forth on which vehicle, trim, etc would best suit my needs our sales guy, Eric, got me in a car I felt I could confidently purchase and love. He was patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I've never had a better experience with a salesman and because of him, my husband and I were a lot more comfortable making the big decision to let my old car go and get a new one.

This was the best car buying experience ever!!! My salesman Shane, was amazing! While putting the deal together other personnel stopped by to offer water, snacks or just to say hi. I felt like I was hanging out with friends. I felt like they really wanted my business and worked hard to get the deal done without pressuring me in any way. I’ve tried for 6 years to buy a Crosstrek and finally got it done. Way to go Kendall Subaru team!!!

Service department here is amazing. I've worked with Gabe, Julie and Sheena and they have all been super helpful and responsive. Gabe was sympathetic after I bought a used car with a problem and helped me work out a fix in my budget. They knew what they were talking about and took the time to communicate it so I could decide what worked best for me. Not to mention everyone has been friendly and timely. Happy to recommend them!

My husband and I have been looking for a new car and had a pretty solid idea of what we wanted. Typically at dealerships, we have felt a bit flustered with pushy sales consultants, BUT Jason Hawkins at Kendall Subaru was so kind and helpful! He listed to what we wanted, answered questions, had us sit in a car to get a feel for it. He answered so many of my ridiculous questions all while being so patient. He was willing to go to extravagant measures to find us the right car even if it meant doing a dealer swap and going to get it himself.

We ended up going with a dealership much closer to home that had the exact car I wanted but Jason kept his eye out and was in contact with us during the time we were looking. He even congratulated us when we found the one elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Jason enough!

I worked with Joseph, who listened carefully to my needs and my budget and showed me the cars that fit that target. In our test drives, he was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of each car we drove. I'm the kind of person that needs to talk through my options in order to make a decision I feel good about. Sensing this, Joseph was very forthcoming in sharing details about the vehicles, asking questions to help clarify my needs, and summarizing what he heard. This was all very helpful for me in my process of deciding on what I needed. Even more important than that is how I did not feel pushed in any particular direction. Instead, I felt informed and respected. This allowed me the space to decide the right purchase for me. And I am so happy about the car I drove home with this evening!

The team worked beautifully together, and the entire process was seamless. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I can call this dealership for honest support in the future.

I can not say enough about how amazing our experience has been with Kendall Subaru of Eugene. We just purchased a used Forester and Joseph could not be any more helpful. We were able to get the vehicle for what we wanted to pay AND Joseph made sure that the needed seat repair was done flawlessly. Over the years we have purchased mini vehicles from a multitude of different car dealerships. Our experience was amazing across the board and without a doubt the best we had at any car dealership throughout the years.

The absolute stand out of the experience was the salesman that helped us named Tristan Peters. Unlike most car salesmen, he was not a snake in the grass. He truly cared more about our complete satisfaction then making a quick sale. He treated us as though we were actual human beings and did not want to move forward until he was certain that we were 100% happy with the direction we were going. Is truly one of a kind and we highly recommend asking for him personally if you go to the Kendall Subaru location.

Beyond the exceptional customer service of Tristan from beginning to end, the experience was as seamless, painless and honestly a true pleasure compared to all the other car dealerships we have dealt with in the past. We actually had spent the entire weekend at another dealership just to walk away frustrated.

Best dealership I've ever dealt with; without question. Recently, I purchased my second CrossTrek (and third Subaru overall). It was a special order (stick shift) and the process was smooth with great communication along the way. Then, a hiccup; the power steering controller/module went out. Kendall dealt with it professionally. I was given an approximate time for repair. Communication along the way was great, setting good expectations and delivering. And was even offered (which I gladly accepted) a free-of-charge loaner for the duration.

Driving our daughter in law's car from Portland to Georgia, her Outback stopped and shut down in the middle of Eugene. Managed to get it going just long enough to get to Kendal Subaru 2.5 miles away. Everyone was great from beginning to end. Sheena in customer service managed to get us into the shop when at first it looked like it would be a whole day before they could get us in. The Service manager contacted the previous Subaru dealer that had installed a Thermal valve wrong and got them to agree to pay for it. Don, the shop foreman personally took on this job. Robin in document preparation encouraged and befriended us. If we lived on the Oregon area around Eugene, we would buy a car from them They got us back on the road. Just outstanding customer service and support.

Kendall Subaru employees are the best. I always get A+ customer service. Dylan & Becca took great care of me & Becca went out of her way to help me & was incredibly thorough & thoughtful. And I always appreciate our service techs: They let you know what’s going on with your car & if a service can wait until next time. They keep us rolling. Thanks guys.

I appreciate you professional and kind the service desk staff are. I like that there is consistency in who you have contact with. I like how efficiently the work was done, and the transparency of what was done. I was actually pleasantly surprised, as this was my first time to deal with service with Kendall Subaru.

Their Service Team is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and love it when I train my pup while I wait. Called yesterday morning with an issue, asked me questions, suggested a solution, and helped me find a way to get it fixed while working with my schedule. And I got a nice cup of coffee. Within a hour and half I was on the road, budget friendly solution and a car wash. Morgan! and your team thank you!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2023 Crosstrek in the Limited trim, which replaced our trusty but aging 2001 Outback. The buying experience was painless, thanks to Kendall's salesperson, James Pengraph. We never felt pressured to buy, and feel we received a very fair price on a great car. Both before and after the sale was executed, James made sure we were thoroughly familiar with the Crosstrek's features during our initial test drive, and then again when we picked up the car. He has continued to follow up to ensure we are completely satisfied. A very positive experience overall (and given how seldom we buy new cars, far less stressful than I had feared!). We will not hesitate to recommend James and Kendall Subaru to anyone we know looking for a new vehicle. 10/10

I worked with a salesman named Eric. It was a no pressure, professional, and a seamless process when I was ready to purchase. Sheena and the techs came through in the clutch getting my storage accessories installed before my first road trip! I’ve owned quite a few different brands of vehicles over the years. What impressed me the most was how efficient and professional the service department is managed. I’ve never had that feeling after any other vehicle purchase. I’m going to appreciate the convenience & peace of mind to have all maintenance done at the dealership I purchased from. The employees I dealt with at this dealership are trustworthy & customer service driven.

They were great!! We were driving back to Los Angeles from Portland when a rear tire blew. We had recently purchased a set of new tires at our local Subaru dealer and the tires were under warranty. We called Kendall and they got us right in changed the tire and rotated them as well. They had a doggy break area for our pup, a water bowl and treats. Plus coffee for us. We were back on the road to Los Angeles in no time. What could have been a disastrous day was saved by the crew at Kendall Subaru. Thank you!!!

Everything went great. Instead of waiting for the oil change to be completed, we were shuttled over to the mall to do some shopping. All we had to do was call the shuttle for pickup.
Tires were rotated, and a complete inspection on all fluids. The inspection was presented to us on paper showing us what was done. Service writer was knowledgeable and friendly.
. If looking to purchase a new vehicle, I would recommend any Kendall dealership, they are the real deal.
