While I can only hope for no individual to have the same need in retaining attorney as I had, I can say with sincerity that Attorney Peggy Stamper is the one to call.
When my father passed, she was straightforward and honest with merely a free consultation - she didn’t take retainer that wasn’t needed for his estate. I gained so much respect for the transparency!

Me and my mother worked with attorney Kacmaric who was hired by my aunt for probate and it was the most disastrous, aggravating, unproductive experience of my life. What should have taken one year took 3 1/2 years because everyone from him, the people he contracted and his client (my aunt) screwed around and had no urgency to get anything done. Many ignored phone calls, unproductive meetings, deadlines not met and doing anything to avoid getting the case done. At one point I had called him for 6 straight weeks and he never returned a call to update me on the case. And then when I finally get fed up and tell him to get it done or I’m getting another attorney involved he shorts the check I’m owed and says we’re not his clients and I basically need to solve it with my aunt. If you want something done in a timely matter heed my warning and go somewhere else because this guy won’t get it done, a first year law student could do a better job. Absolutely unbelievable.
