It’s rare these days to find a shop that has passion for bikes. Scott’s does; they want you to have as much fun as they do. They listened, showed me only what I came in for, and were not pushy or condescending. They treat you like you are a member of their team. It was a fun experience shopping for a new bike.

Scott’s went above and beyond to help me find a bike that fit my goals. They helped me with my shoes and cleats and adjusting my bike on a group ride. Great small business to support ❤

First time visiting the shop and was instantly assisted by a kind gentleman in the back. He walked us through the saddle options they had & helped us choose the right one for us. He was very pleasant to work with, wish I would've asked for his name.

We live in Eugene, but Moses at Scott’s helped us secure a bike we really wanted. He was super friendly and had it ready to go the next day! Huge inventory. On a safe downtown street.

After looking at my bike and listening to what I was struggling with they recommended upgrading the components (originally campagnolo) rather than purchasing a brand new bike. I had been contemplating the upgrades for a while, but just didn't have the means. My circumstances changed recently allowing me to do this. Based on my existing set up, we went with Shimano Ultegra and added some carbon wheels.

I took it out yesterday, and it rode beautifully. I'm over the moon happy with the results. Thank you Scott's for the build and taking your time with me!

Scott cycle was incredible! I went up there to do the Oregon IronMan 70.3. I ship my bike to them and they made the whole experience fantastic. Everybody on their staff is super knowledgeable and crazy friendly. I would definitely recommend using them for buying a bike ,servicing a bike or anything in between!!

Came in looking for a new bike for my wife. She's pretty short, so finding a bike in her size was a challenge. Not only did they have a few bikes in her size, they had one with the components we were looking for well within our budget.
It was also fun talking shop with the older gentleman. I for one, appreciate everything these shops have done and will continue to do in the community.

I bought a new carbon fiber Trek from Scott's over 20 years ago. The purchase changed my life style for the better. I don't log my miles but there have been a LOT especially during the time when the Oregon (and Idaho) Bike Ride was an annual ritual for me. I think the frame is the only original part. I have not ridden much in the last several years, but I recently retired. I took my bike in to see if they could resurrect my love. They did a fantastic job and she feels, and looks, like new.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and no one is trying to push sales. They’ll suggest products and such, but if I’m not interested they don’t push the issue, awesome. For example, I came in to see an entry level bike. They asked if I’d looked at the more expensive bikes, but when I said all I was interested in were the more affordable models, they respected that. Same situation with accessories I was looking at. The staff also adjusted the bike to fit me properly when I went to purchase it and let me know to bring it back in after a month for a free tune up - wonderful!
