Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional at Knight Automotive. I had an A/C and power steering issue with my Nissan Armada and it was diagnosed quickly. Based on the findings I was given the best repair options along with the repair costs. I felt confident Knight Automotive had my best interest in mind along with a reasonable cost.

I would definitely patronize them again for any auto repairs.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection prior to going on vacation. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received fast service and the price was very reasonable. I definitely plan on taking my vehicles back there for any service needs I have.

My vehicle was having charging issues, all electrical components checked out okay battery was charged.
Don't really know if the problem was solved
I was charged a fee
With nothing showing up to be failing,
I won't know anything until vehicle has been driven for a few weeks,, if charging system continues to fail.
The problem still consist.
I will be returning vehicle.

Since my mechanic retired, I was searching for a new mechanic in my area. Quite a few people recommended Knight Automotive in Crown Point. I made an appointment for my brakes to be checked. The date of my appointment, I was greeted by a young girl who was friendly and helpful. She confirmed my info and advised that they would be in contact soon. Shortly after I dropped my vehicle off, I was contacted by them to say what needed to be fixed with the estimated cost. I agreed and within a few hours my vehicle was ready. As I arrived, I was greeted by another lady who went over everything with me, took my payment and thanked me for choosing them. To find a shop who provides this kind of customer service is hard to find. Everything went smoothly. I was kept in the loop and pricing was reasonable. This is how you do business. They have a new customer. Thank you!

Amazing body shop! They are open to advising the client of all issues and fix them quickly. This is my third time with them and I am even happier than the first! I love that they allow me to reach out via text and email. Great work guys!

I’ve known Bill since day one of him deciding to open his own mechanic shop (that’s when he was directly behind Pop’s Deli in the square). Bill/Knight Automotive is literally the only mechanic/shop that I will take any of my vehicles to. His shop is the most honest place that one could ever ask for if anything were to go wrong with your vehicle. The main difference between Knight Automotive and many other mechanics is that Knight Automotive treats their customers like they are distant, but close cousins. They genuinely care about individuals and will not steer a customer in the wrong way just to make a quick dollar.

With Knight Automotive’s knowledge, professional dedication, love that he has for his customers, etc….This is easily the most honest mechanic/shop in the region that can take care of nearly all of your auto service needs.

When I called on Wednesday morning the staff was friendly and informed me that they were busy and wouldn't get a chance to look at my car until Monday. By mid morning they informed me of what I needed and I gave them the o.k. to repair it. It was ready by the end of the work day.
