Munster Wireless Repair

This place was a life saver. I broke the back of my iPhone 14 pro max and every where I looked said it would be around $500.This is through apple and other phone repair companies. I even called several places and all either recommended I go through apple because it’d be cheaper or they simple refused to do the work. Until I called here. Here it was half the price and they did it in only a couple hours. Although there was an issue that arose at not fault of the store, but they were very receptive and diligent in resolving the issue at no additional cost. I really will only be going to this store from now on if I have any phone repair issues.

Alex was the best! Got my broken screen fixed in 15 minutes, no appointment needed. He also put on my screen protector in 5 minutes. Recommended!

They are great . I went there cause my I pad was frozen Alex restarted the iPad and fixed it on. The spot didn’t even charge me definitely recommend

only place ill get my phone fixed at, took less than an hour to get my phone screen replaced. had a minor glitch afterwards, they told me to just bring it back and they’ll take care of it. very friendly workers, they also were happy to answer any questions i had. another thing is that they dont overcharge like some places try to. would recommend them over any other phone repair store in the 219

The place was recommended to me. I do not regret visiting them. They are all very nice people and very knowledgeable. They do not stop trying working on your device umtil they find the problem. They reminded me of the old days that people had empathy and treated others with compassion

The service at this place is amazing - they are super fast and very patient. They replaced the battery on my iphone very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I also bought an iphone replacement from them for my mother and they transferred her apps and data to the new phone without any extra charge. I don't leave reviews for many places, but the people working at this place are so AMAZING that they deserve to be recognized.

This is the third time I’ve used this store’s services. Everyone is very informative and helpful - going beyond what is expected to make sure I was handling my apps and phone as needed. Super fair pricing. I will continue to use this place for any iPhone repairs.

They have great, prompt service. I took my son's iPhone to have a screen replaced and the front camera lenses replaced. They threw in a screen protector while I waited a very short time. Came here to get a iPhone x max screen fixed and can honestly say it been the best experience of a phone repair store I have been to. Employees were super nice I was told that if the screen wouldn’t fix the issue that they would put to the old screen back at no cost. Will definitely come back for any further repairs.

I've never had such amazing customer service, I went in an hour before closing time on a Friday & they were already swamped with phones and other digital items, yet I was able to walk out with my phone that same day. They even stayed open past their working hours to accommodate their customers. And on top of it all, they took the liberty of cleaning out my speaker ports and gave me a screen protector all without my asking, if that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is!! 10/10 would recommend & will be recommending this place to everyone.
