The staff can read minds. Never had a bad cut, when I’m the troubled client who is vague and unsure how to describe what I want. Whatever they’re doing is magic.

O...M...G! I was absolutely taken with my visit. Eric is a total professional and artist. My wife can't stop touching my hair. She loves it brother. She says PERFECTO! This wonderful place is a welcome escape from the THEME HAIRCUTTING CORPORATION places. Only thing missing was a bourbon on the rocks. I have to comment on one thing... the comment or two made about price. Most of the places I've been to, that do a mediocre or lame job, in my opinion.... by the time you pay for the haircut and a standard tip you are looking at $36 and up. My wife went to one of the places I used to go to. She wanted for hair straightener treatment and trim. They charged her $315. Two days later the treatment was failing already. I don't know that Paris does straightening and such. But I know haircut prices. I take great pride in having a good cut. This was a fabulous cut at a perfect price point. I slso Know a good business when i see one. At that price point, I was pleasantly surprised. This place has my business. Photo attached is for Eric.

Great barber shop has a lot of soul but you don’t see in other barbershops 10 out of 10 customer service my barber didn’t sugarcoat anything he was honest and my hair came out amazing one of the best places in Hammond

So my wife and I are fairly new to Hammond she has been looking for a barber here since we moved here a couple of years ago. She happened upon Paris barber shop and Eric. BOOM we have found my wife's barber!!! He was amazing! My wife's hair grows with so many "cowlicks" and "grades" not just ANYBODY can cut it. We've found our personal! THANKS ERIC SHE LOOKS AMAZING!

Eric was really nice even though my kids probably can talk to him all day. Gave both my boys age 10 and 4 a good hair cut very natural looking. Only went because their regular barber is on vacation but will probably go back for my youngest. Love his natural hair style. My oldest prefers “other stuff”. Not the barbers fault he’s just picky. But nice place. Love to look at the stuff around. Good conversation with Eric. No complaints.

I love the atmosphere. This is definitely the best barber shop in the area. No other barber shop can compare. Effie normally cuts my hair and she does an amazing job. Doug is the owner and he is a really cool and funny guy. I definitely recommend that you come here.

My son-in-law was there recently and shared the thought of the memorabilia. I lived near this shop and remember Doug. I just may have to take a little road trip to check it out. Nice to see Doug in the pics.

Eric is the best. The atmosphere is a neighborhood barber shop. Laid back and comfortable. Been coming here for over 50 years.

I absolutely love this place! My son is only 3 years old and it was his first time getting a hair cut. Effie went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and content. She made him laugh and smile. She is an expertise in this field! Even though James obviously wouldn't stay still the entire time, Effie was somehow able to make sure his hair cut came out perfectly! I am so impressed with the entire staff. They are amazing! on top of it all, at the very end Effie gave me an envelope wt a lock of his curl in it.. I didn't even have to ask! love you guys, you are artists!

Very good service. I deal with Eric as my regular Barber. I have family members who are licensed, but rather go to my Buddy Eric who does an amazing job all of the time.

Best Barbers in the neighborhood!

Great small local barber shop. My barber there is Eric great guy and knows what he is doing. I go to him exclusively because he is great at trimming beard. It had a old school feel to it. They service both men and women. There stylist very good too. Kids love coming here to get there hair cut. I recomend Paris Barber Shop to everybody.

FABULOUS TRADITIONAL BARBERSHOP! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS!! I walked in the door and I knew I was going to have a great experience. First time ever in this barbershop and I was treated like an old friend. Made to feel very welcome. Effie gave me a great professional cut and lots of good conversation. I travel in my job but I'll stop in here every time I'm in the Hammond area.

Came in for the first time both barbers we're very friendly I had doug cut my hair and trim my beard he did a great job definitely will be back again

Very friendly staff. Appointments are recommended, tho not necessary. They are quick and precise with your cut and idk of anyone who's had issues with them, myself included.

My boys have incredibly difficult hair to cut, not for this place. They loved their cuts and now always want to go there for them. Nothing like an old school barber feel. Love the atmosphere.
