Granger’s At the Clocktower

We walked in to pleasant entertainment by a talented guitarist. The place is welcoming and casual. We were greeted by Jennifer. We ordered and received our drinks quickly. The place was busier than expected so it took a while to place our order. Remarkably, additional employees were called in to adjust to the amount of customers. I ordered a burger. It was perfectly cooked and served with a heaping portion of tots. Jennifer took excellent care of us during our visit. Tip - Wednesday is half price wine night.

We had the steak salad and brisket sandwich with fries. First time here and we’ll definitely be back! Both were awesome! And they offer homemade blue cheese dressing-if you’re into that- you’ll love it!

Went in with my buddies that were in town today. Some of the best service and food I’ve had in a while. I will definitely be taking my girlfriend on a date here soon. Highly recommend!!!

Went here for the first time and I cannot wait to go back! We tried four different fall cocktails, the one pictured is the caramel apple mule (which was my favorite). Not pictured is the steak bites made with filet mignon and loaded pierogis. The food was delicious! Service was great! I love the atmosphere and being able to eat with the view of the lake. Definitely worth checking out!

We love this place! Deviled eggs, pierogis and the noodles and cabbage are only some of our favorite things. Cant really go wrong with anything on the menu. What's even better than the food is the customer service. Doug went above and beyond to see if they had pierogis to make for my daughter. Thank you again!!

We went here for the 1st time about a month ago.
Jen greeted us with the biggest smile as soon as we walked in and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the New York Strip steak and it was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. We sat by the window so we could watch the sunset, perfect view it was beautiful. We will definitely eat here again mostly because Jen was so genuinely nice and it's rare these days to get such good service at a restaurant. Thank you if I could give more stars I would. Go check em out, you will leave with a smile on your face! 👍😁

We had the chips with their homemade garlic dressing the grilled chicken sandwich and chicken grilled salad.

Loved the downtown location and atmosphere. Super service. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I selected the sliced prime rib with mushrooms and cheese. Wonderful! Super crispy tater tots and waffle fries. Multiple TVs and the games were on!

We were a group of four. I had the ribs, excellent . Another had the ribeye, incredibly delicious. Another had chicken with pasta, it was good and the last person very much enjoyed the shrimp. I definitely recommend this establishment.

We’ve been missing out…we’ve been too busy to go 3 mins away and try it out. Now we’ve been twice in a week… great menu, great food, real drinks… we will make it a staple in our trips out. Nice place.

We had the havarti grilled cheese, fried pickles, the burgers and some amazing ribs!! We tried a few drinks too that were all great. Also more options for kids meals than most places for my toddler; we’ll be back.

Grangers is truly a hidden gem of the region. The food was the best ever. Had the rib eye steak had far surpassed expectations, size, flavor, price. Grilled salmon was to die for. Parogies with their homemade sourcream sauce made my husband who never cared for them a fan. The owner Doug was welcoming and a joy. Service was great and environment added to the dining experience. We're jealous Hobart you have the best restaurant in Northwest Indiana. You truly are a 5 star establishment.

This was my first time and the food was absolutely amazing. The waitress was so nice and even Helped with recommendations. I believe it might of been the owner that came in for a second and still took a minute to ask us how we were. I wish i lived closer id be there every day.

After trying to organize a 40th Birthday for my son through probably 10 local restaurants. I called Grangers . They not only accepted our 22 guests, they went above and beyond. Our server was the only server for the whole restaurant. Our drinks were great and food was fabulous! I would recommend Grangers to all!! Thank you for a wonderful memorable night. We will be back!!
