Community Stroke And Rehabilitation Center

I highly recommend The Community Stroke and Rehab Center in Crown Point for healthcare. I personally use their outpatient lab. My gynecologist, Dr. Zachary Dobbins is there as well as my new family doctor, Dr. Andrew House. The facility is sparkling clean. The staff and personnel are friendly and helpful, plus the convenience to where I live is perfect for my healthcare needs. Check it out! 👍

If you need rehab, there is nowhere else that you want to go. From the front desk to the top management, and everyone in between, you will find no finer people to help you recover! I cannot say enough good about these wonderful people! I was so very happy to be released to go home, but sad to leave these wonderful people. They are the very best at what they do, and they are just good people doing a great job for every patient!

I had vein mapping ultrasound done in my legs, right away upon walking in someone got me signed in and told me right where I needed to go. I didn't have a very long wait and the ultrasound tech was very sweet and made me feel comfortable during the 45 plus minutes that it takes to be done. She was also good at explaining what she was doing while doing it.

I've have had all of my bloodwork/diagnostic testing done at this facility since the time it was first opened. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed no matter the procedure being performed. This is a 1st class, well run, operation.

Melissa was my ultrasound tech and did a great job explaining thing and making me feel comfortable. The department was clean and friendly. I will be returning for future tests. Thank-you!

The place is beautiful and very clean. I didn't realize it had other businesses inside besides just stroke & rehabilitation. Glad they opened a location in Crown Point! It also has a nice cafeteria too. However, it is only open during certain hours.

I don't have the amount of words to use to describe how truly amazing this facility is. The cleanliness is incredible. This is truly the Ritz Carlton of rehab facilities. Every single nurse, therapist, Physician, staff and employee here has given my Grandma ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CARE from the second she was admitted. Everyone was so attentive to her needs, truly listens and does their absolute best to ensure she is being given the highest quality of care. My Grandmother fractured her femur and had surgery and within 2 weeks she was up and walking. I am so greatful to have found this facility.

From checking in, to seeing the nurse practitioner to checking out, everyone was exceptionally friendly. The office was clean. One of the best doctors offices I have ever been to.

Dr. Lara Natonski helped me with my physical therapy and setup a plan to keep me feeling good and healthy. She was great to work with, informative, supportive and made our sessions fun. Thanks Dr. Lara! *this is Neal B. writing this btw. :)

Community hospital stroke, and rehab in Crown Point has an excellent rehabilitation facility. Do not pass up the opportunity to go there to get your rehab.
Their knowledge and advice about your rehabilitation is outstanding.

Second time coming here and I absolutely love it!!! Both times I was in and out with very little wait time. Maybe 2 minutes each time. Everyone here is so nice!! Wish I knew the pretty lady's name at the front desk, she was so nice and made sure I was being taken care of. Destiny drew my blood and she did a wonderful job with no pain whatsoever. It is so clean here and modern I love the decor!!! Love it I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This is a quality rehab center! My father was given what he needed and more by physical therapy and other medical staff for a successful recovery.

The staff and technician that handled my MRI was very professional and pleasant. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful facility and staff. Clean, organized, has many doctors offices within including primary care and specialists like cardiology and GI and physical therapies. Wish the urgent care was open but otherwise is a very nice facility with excellent care! Perfect place! Beautiful and clean!
