I’m a senior with mobility issues. I purchased a California King “King Coil” mattress and was quoted an amazing price in comparison to all of the other mattress companies in the Eugene area. With my request for an early morning delivery because of my mobility issues, they made every effort to go ahead and comply with my request.

The delivery was made by two gentlemen, that further assisted me by removing the old mattress and mattress cover, then installing the new mattress and mattress cover. They even moved my bed table to the end of the bed so I did not have to struggle with moving it myself.

I would highly recommend using Eugene Americ Mattress Company and will refer them to all of my friends.

We visited American Mattress for the great prices and wide selection they advertise on TV. It's true about the prices and selection, but we got a LOT more than that. They took a lot of time to help educate us about which mattress would be right for us- and they didn't try to just sell us the most expensive product like at other places we visited. The bed arrived about 1 week later than anticipated due to Oregon wildfires- TOTALLY understandable and they kept us informed the entire time. We really did get price, selection (LOVE the bed), and awesome follow up service.
Will absolutely buy here again.

Finally dragged my husband to this store to get a new mattress, he hated shopping for furniture but ended up making friends with the person that helped us, we are super happy with our purchase and all the added services included, will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

After shopping for beds out at west 11th I’m glad I found American mattress by far the best selection and prices, Chris was amazing to work with. I’d recommend anyone that needs a Mattress to go there.

Recently purchased some bedroom furniture and the service was great!! The lady helping me even went out of her way to call the manufacturer to get the info I needed to make my choice on a set of dressers. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Never felt any pressure to buy, there were a ton of options in my price range and sizing needs, and the prices were so reasonable! Not just a mattress store. This place has tons of furniture and their prices rock. Family owned is a plus too. Make sure to stop here before buying anywhere else.

We went in on Saturday afternoon to purchase a custom made RV mattress. The salesman was very helpful, offering several options to choose from that could be made to order. We were told it might take up to a week to finish, no problem. They called Sunday before noon to say it was ready! Very pleased with the product so far. It fits my couch/bed perfectly. I’ll add more after I sleep on it a few nights. Thank you American Mattress!

(Springfield location) Not often do I write a review, but these guys totally deserve it! Myself and family members came in on two separate occasions to mattress shop and both times received outstanding customer service with multiple employees. Once I decided on one, we scheduled a day and it arrived on time, as expected by two very kind and efficient young men. Not only was I able to buy a high quality Made in Oregon mattress for a reasonable price, but I found out these guys opporate as a local family! Feels great to support them. Thank you guys!
