My car was totaled out and Sandi from Allstate branch in Crown Point..helped me thru the whole process..she answered all my questions concerning my claim. I called everyday to Allstate trying to make sure I sent out all paperwork correctly..she made me feel soo relax and help me along the way with all the emails that was sent to me..I was panicking because I was in a rental car and it has to be return in 4 days. Then I would be without transportation..I confided in her and mention to her I'm in need of a new car now and my credit isn't the greatest..she in return told me about several dealerships that accepts bad credit and I was soo please to hear that..after going to several dealers I finally was approved..I immediately called Allstate back and Sandi answered my call again..all was soo please to inform her of my new car purchase and would love if Allstate would insure it..she sent the paperwork over to the dealer in minutes so I could be covered..I'm soo happy with my new car and very please to have Allstate as my insurance company

Tina was very helpful and had very good customer service. She answered all my questions and informed me of a lot of information that I didn’t know about.
