Edible Arrangements

I had a great experience here recently. A friend had her new baby so I placed a last minute online order for a fruit bouquet to pick up at a specified time. Not only was it done on time, but they sent me an email letting me know it was done early. The employee working was very nice and even offered to help me to my car. I thought the bouquet looked really pretty too. I will choose this location next time I need an edible arrangement.

I love edible arrangements! Nick at the Delmar location goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Not only does the product look spectacular but tastes even better! I have ordered with him several time and have always been impressed with the communication and quality of their product. This last time, I needed a last minute adjustment and Nick fulfilled it, no problem!

I ordered an arrangement online for same day delivery at about 2:00 pm. I received a call from Nick a few minutes after receiving the order to let me know that, unfortunately, the deliver driver had already left to make about 10 deliveries, so it wouldn’t be possible to deliver my order that day. Since I really needed the gift on the exact day, Nick worked with me to come up with other options to get the arrangement to the destination if his driver couldn’t make it. About 10 minutes later, Nick called back to tell me he worked things out and the driver was back in the area so he had him come back to the store to get my order for delivery. I’m so used to people just saying, “sorry, nothing we can do,” that I needed to give Nick the credit he deserves for making this work.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at this location. They had to make several delivery attempts to my friend's house who I got it for, and they were always very kind about it and didn't get irritated. And when she did receive it, she loved it and it turned out great.

Arrangements are beautiful (most recent purchase was for Boss' Day). Gift was ready ahead of schedule and staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer pick-up service to your vehicle.

Fresh Fruit and FAST! I placed an order for a family event, and it was prepared and delivered the same day. The staff were helpful in directing me to pick the best arrangement for my event. They have great smoothies too.
