Panera Bread

Chicken and wild rice soup with bread , frozen caramel cold brew coffee. My girl had the grilled cheese with white cheese and tomato and basil soup with an apple and green tea to drink. All amazing plus the staff was very friendly. Excellent.

This panera location never disappoints! I’ve been using their sip club drive thru pickup for about a month now, and they are always on point! There was even one time where the line was out to the road, and I still managed to get through the line and out with my drink in less than 5 minutes. Hands down, best location I’ve been to! The staff is always kind and seem genuine, and I’ve never been given any issues.

The food is always delicious, and when I had an issue the staff was quick to help me. Highly recommend!

But we didn't get butter for our bagetts and no pickles for our sandwiches. But sandwiches had a good amt of chicken salad instead of the tiniest dollop of chicken salad. Delish all around. Baguettes hard on the outside, soft on the inside just the way we love it

Today 12/4/22 There was a young man working the drive thru @ 1:00 pm and he was super nice and truly made my daughter & I smile when we drove away because of his kindness. Great Job young man enjoying your job and making people smile!!

Me and my family always liked Panera Bread. The reason I am here to review is because of the attentive, kind hearted, and respectful employees like Robin. I came in to dine with my 3 small children on 6/21 around noon and Robin greeted us with warm smile from the door also the cashier.
She was following up with us asking as if we needed help; generally she made us feel important and seen.
Employees like her should be recognized and appreciated by the company as they are a reason for us to come back.

That last time I visited this location I waited over 25 minutes for my food.

This location has definitely changed for the best so far. The food is always hot, the staff are ALWAYS friendly even when they are super busy. They always het my big orders right. I love it!

Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the drive thru. I wish I would have gotten her name, but the lady who served us was very sweet and didn't complain when we needed a few minutes to decide on our order. And when we chose to sit in the parking lot and enjoy our food there, she even came to see if we needed anything. Would definitely return again!

I have an infant that was crying and very hungry. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Brought me my food, got my drink for me, and let me know they would be available if I needed anything. Food was delicious as usual. Very pleased with my experience at this Panera!

Nice and polite staff and management. Attentive employees and never get my order wrong. The only thing I can say is that patrons overstep their boundaries by turning the dining area into a fulltime office on the phone and having loud conference calls daily.

This Panera was very busy, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We had 5 in our party and the food didnt take very long at all to prepare.
All the items in our order were done right, even the custom sandwich with no onions or mustard requested.
I had the steak and arugula sandwich with tomato soup. Very delicious, fresh and tasty.
The choices of teas and lemonades were plentiful. I had the blood orange lemonade, which was not too sweet, it tasted fruity.
My wife had the chicken avocado club sandwich and chicken noodle soup. She said it was very good, even though the items in the sandwich were sliced uneven, which made the sandwich a little lumpy to hold.
The soup was good as ever.
I have been to this location before and have had nothing but great food and great service. We will be back.

I’m giving this location a 5 star because the employees ( Tona, Niko and that lady at the register she had no name tag :( )we’re really nice and helpful, but if I was rating the manager (Jar) I would give it a 1 star! He didn’t acknowledge customer standing there waiting for their food and when it was ready he didn’t say nor look up call numbers and when I went to take my food I asked if it was ready he said “yea” as in “duh!!” I had to go back and ask for a to go wrap and even though I was the only one there Jar still didn’t utilize his customer skills( I thought he should have!) Niko was quick to notice me and assist while Mr Manager just continued on with whatever he was doing which was probably nothing just avoiding customers!

Excellent customer service. It's rare if you have to wait in line. You can enjoy having a coffee , Danish or a delicious sandwiches outside or inside. Me and my wife go there every day for coffee. There is down to earth People here. I recommend this to anyone that just want to relax with there family and friends.

The service, food and atmosphere is always fantastic! During the fall I love the squash soup!

I love this Panera! This location has great customer service, a wonderful staff, and they are very generous with their portions. Today I went in to secretly pay for the lunch of my party, and the cashier was exceptional, not letting my party members know that they're meal was paid for until handing them the receipt. If you visit this location, you will leave with smiles!

my girl Christine came through for me when I was a couple dollars short for my food🙏 she saw me struggling trying to find my money and she ended up covering the rest. truly such a great employee and will definitely be returning because of her!!
