We shipped our car from Illinois to California with this company with no problems. No damage to the car, they got the job done as scheduled, the best price out of all the companies I checked into.

Roadrunners Auto Transport LLC is based out of Hammond, IN and only transports commercial vehicles. Fantastic service and highly recommended; even remotely. I was not present for the pick up of the auto (far, out-of-state), however, the arrangements came second-nature as my representative walked me through the process.

The delivery (which was well ahead of the promised date) was smooth, professional, and perfectly on-track with expectations. I was kept informed and updated during the entire trek. And the auto arrived safely and promptly. Thank you for your service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT trust the reviews on their website because those were obviously paid for and faked! The customer service (or lack there of) is absolutely atrocious. I spent over an hour calling whatever contact numbers I could find for this company and the 2 times someone actually did answer the phone they would cut me off and then just transfer me without even letting me finish my sentence. I will say delivery was prompt and completed by a separate private company, but this company (the brokers) have to have the WORST customer service, they do not answer the phones and when transferred no one picks up! I seriously needed to talk to someone about the financials of the delivery but could NOT reach a human! Do not use this company as your broker for shipping a vehicle!

I would not consider using this company again, nor would I recommend it for military personnel undergoing a military PCS car shipment from coast to coast. Initially, when I requested a quote, the company was responsive to my needs. However, after making the payment, I received no further updates except for automated computer responses regarding my shipment.

The situation became more frustrating as the scheduled pickup date approached. The day before the supposed pickup, I received an automated message about the upcoming shipment. On the day of pickup, I received another automated update indicating that my cars would be picked up. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up, and no one from Roadrunner contacted me. My attempts to reach their online customer agents were unsuccessful, and I endured a lengthy hold time of 1 1/2 hours when trying to contact their customer support number without success.

The following day, I received yet another automatic update stating that my cars would be picked up that day. However, I received a call from the driver, informing me that it would be another 3 days before the cars could be picked up, making the total delay 5 days. This delay resulted in a significant financial loss, with over $3000 out of pocket, not to mention the additional cost of a rental car that I had already paid for unnecessarily.

Finally, I received a call from customer service after the driver's communication, informing me that the pickup would be delayed with no alternative solutions offered except to wait or cancel. I had expected a national company like Roadrunner, especially one that identifies as veteran-owned, to provide robust support for a military PCS move. However, it seemed that they merely booked a truck and provided my number to the driver for coordination, offering no substantial support or assistance throughout the process. This experience not only cost me extra money but also added unnecessary stress and time to my PCS move.

In summary, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with this company, and I would not consider using their services again. I am still hopeful that my car will eventually be picked up, despite the significant delay.

These guys have the worst customer service I have ever seen! Once they received their money, they stopped all contact with me. Only then, they contacted me when I created a new ‘bogus’ transport. Just shows you what kind of company roadrunners is. Did I mention how bad their customer service is? I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for days, been on hold for 5+ hours, no one responds to my emails, texts, phone calls, absolutely terrible customer service.
I would highly recommend staying away from these guys, pay a little more and have a company that will actually respect their customers time

The reviews aren't wrong. Requested a quote and got an immediate price by text. Decided we weren't moving forward and I texted back "Thanks but we decided against shipping the car".

Got a call anyway the next day and I politely told the guy the same thing. He hung up on me before I even finished my sentence.

Got ANOTHER call on Day 3 and now this is getting irritating. I was less polite this time and the guy again hung up on me.

This management is an embarrassment to the Midwest. Communication was prompt until they got the booking. Then I was treated like an inconvenience. I will continue to try to contact these ingrates and I’m assuming they still won’t be helpful. Once again these people are a scab on the state of Indiana.

Terrible customer service. This company is being confused with ROADRUNNER AUTO TRANSPORT which is an actual great company, but ROADRUNNERS TRANSPORT is terrible. They are brokers that put your account on a national Switchboard Had all the pick up set up and they failed the pick up.
