Great service from new cashier

The staff was really cool and helped me alot. I came to trade a remote and old games in. They couldn't accept all of them but I still left out with 50 store credit from one remote and like 7 trade in games. So I'm a happy camper. They're a little more value than disc replay or other stores but the don't accept everything. I got almost 200 for all my old original Xbox one from 2013.

The staff was very polite. This location is consistently clean and I enjoy the variety of products on display. I appreciate the staff being knowledgeable about their products.

Customer service was okay before reaching the counter, a lot of people were waiting unnecessarily. But once reaching the counter I realized that the staff was working diligently for a tournament that was happening that night and was still providing excellent customer service. Surprised considering the location. Would return.

They held the xbox series s for me and they not suppose to do that. I explained how this was my baby girl b-day present they was so nice and kind and Im so very grateful. Nice people great customer service. They walk me thru everything.....

Bought pokemon moon for no charge with my trade-ins. The guy who helped me was very informative and nice. I even got to renew my GameStop Pro membership out of the deal for free. I recommend coming here. this won't be my last time

I bought some Nintendo switch games because of the Buy 2 get 1 free deal. The pick up process was quick, got the games and drove off but the game splatoon 2 wasn’t working so I returned it. They gave me a new game without any hassle, I can’t be mad since I saved over 60$ bucks

I go there and ask if they have a thing and they are very eager to respond. Employees are nice and kind! 5 stars

Perfect. Its very clean, theyvm have recent andbolder games for almost all consoles. They also have many other things like trading cards pokekon, yu-gi-oh etc and more!

Had an issue, the manager Michele was awesome and she took care of it 100%. I recommend this place.
