I have been going to Dr. Stiner or Deb Lustig, NP for almost 7 years. They are courteous, usually on time, professional and have very nice bed side manners. I will continue to go to them as well as refer friends and family. My husband now goes to Madison Family Medicine and is also pleased. Thank you.

I needed to see the doctor yesterday and they were great. They got me right in. I met with Beverly and she was amazing. She put me at ease and talked me through everything she was doing. We had a scary moment and they were so nice and very helpful. I am thankful for them!

Several years ago, I would have rated this office 5 stars, but over the course of the last few years, they have declined so much, I give them a 1 star.
They are now impersonal and rude and I can never get in for a visit and I'm being told they will not fill scripts even though I was there 6 months ago for a wellness visit and rx refills.
I have had to go to the clinic inside Kroger the last 2 tines I've been sick because they will not ever make time or availability for me anymore.
Time for me to look for a new office.

I have been going here for MANY years, however; the patient experience has declined so much in the last year that I'm moving to new doctor with a different hospital system.

One issue has been multiple "wellness" visits over the years coded as non-preventive (and thus insurance doesn't cover it) - which I'm only going in because I'm forced to, otherwise they won't refill prescriptions. I've called multiple times and they can't/won't fix the error in coding/billing.

Additionally, I went into the office in June for a true medical call (not wellness/preventive) and after weeks of trying one route, ended up back in the office in July essentially begging for relief. I was sent for an x-ray which it took over 2 weeks for them to "read" (over 2 weeks AFTER they received it before reading) then an entire week (and countless follow-up calls from me) for them actually provide the PT referral.

TLDR:
- I'm tired of paying for "preventive" visits.
- The lack of responsiveness/follow-up is beyond frustrating.
- When I do need medical care, I can obtain faster and more efficient care at the "Little Clinic" inside Kroger.

Dr. Stiner is a fat shaming doctor who cannot focus on more than one issue at a time. My mother is disabled. She had a stroke, has critically high blood pressure, and has had her thyroid removed (a serious medical issue). She suffers from serious physical exhaustion and cannot grip or use her hands normally. Stiner has no problem referring out to a neurologist and OT for these chronic medical issues but will not sign off for my mother to utilize her RIGHT to FMLA to have these chronic issues dealt with. She thinks diet will fix serious, genetic problems. Don't subject yourself or your family to this woman if you are disabled.
