I saw the nurse practitioner, Ms/Mrs Stohler, who treated me with respect and compassion. She’s (very much) easy to talk with and listened to everything I had to say. She is very professional and caring which makes me feel comfortable with her. I will definitely see her again! 😊. I felt heard by her even when I continued to speak. 😬😁. She’s really great!

The doctor was very knowledgeable and let me know in detail what was going on with my ankle and what the next steps would be. I went to CIO after seeing a different Dr. at a different location for almost a year with no relief and still in much pain.
The staff was nice, friendly, and respectful.
The appearance of the office, waiting room, and rooms that you sit in and wait for the doctor were very clean.
I am very satisfied with the overall visit.
And I just realized that this is the same place that my husband seen his doctor in 2017 for his hip problem, which resulted in hip surgery.

I was treated very kindly with everybody there. Larry Hawkins was the therapist I really like being he's kind and caring ask lots of questions showed me how to do all my exercises all in all was a very good experience for me thanks to everybody concerned okay.

The people here are always very pleasant and Dr Haller is the best. I have some psychological issues that can sometimes be 'triggered' by going to a medical facility causing me extreme anxiety and stress. But NOT at this facility. I always feel welcome and at ease and everyone is so pleasant I'm able to be completely calm from start to finish. Also Dr Haller, besides being an extremely competent and good doctor, he is also very kind, patient and attentive. This is the ONLY medical facility in Muncie I will go to and I recommend it highly

Staff was friendly and helpful. Took my son for a walk in for his ankle. The physician was thorough and also quick. Overall great experience

I took my granddaughter to the Walk in Clinic after her knee pain was not getting better after an accident. They're very thorough and respectful of her needs. From there she we to Physical Therapy at CIO, they worked with her for several weeks. When the swelling and pain was not resolved. Her Walk in Clinic physical sent her to Dr Jonathan Chae. MRI'S were done and then we knew what was going on within the knees . She is on home physical therapy now and probably for a long while until things get better. The Doctors and staff were very concerned about her care and getting her better. They made sure that she understood what she had to do to get her knees back to as normal as they can be. Her exercises has become part of her life and she knows what to do when the pain is becoming worse. Thanks CIO for all your care and understanding of her needs.

I highly recommend Central Indiana Orthopedics. I was able to go in as an emergency walk-in as early as 7:30 am. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I was seen by Dr. Hunt who came in the room with a smile. He was very pleasant and thorough in my exam. I left with everything I needed (i.e. boot, walker and prescription). My overall visit was timely and very pleasant.

All good things about Nurse Natalie.
I had about 34 staples after a well done left knee replacement.
Nurse Natalie was so patient and pleasant that I barely felt anything.
She was wonderful.

Every individual that I came into contact with during my visit was very pleasant and professional. Dr Chae is a very caring person and it shows through his personality. He treated my knee discomfort in a conservative manner, but also discussed plans for further treatment if the need arises. I would not hesitate to see any CIO physician.

Dr. Steven Herbst at CIO is exceptional. I trust him completely. He is very thorough with me each time I see him and has successfully treated all of my medical issues. Their office is always running on time with friendly staff who are always the same staff each visit.

Chase Play was top shelf. I don't know how he could of been any better.

My doctor was very polite & my appointment went smoothly. He kept me talking about interesting things while I had a rather difficult test done. I knew what he was doing but I felt he was very sincere & genuine. His kindness was appreciated. Brittani is also amazing & incredibly thorough, she made me feel at ease with my very first surgery & so comfortable with my diagnosis. She gave me my options & let me know that I was a candidate for all 3. She also let me know what to pay attention to in order to help me make a decision. I sincerely appreciate her help, my hand hasn't felt this good in years! I also want to thank my Surgeon Dr Cook, I only met him the day of surgery but he clearly did a great job & was very polite.

Dr Chase was very polite and my appointment went smoothly he made me feel at ease about the knee injection, it was so gentle it didn’t hurt as bad as I thought he’s a very good doctor.my knee is feeling so much better after one day.

Sherri Bennett is great she knew exactly what I needed for my hip pain I went in with pain on a scale of 9 with my injection left with a scale 6%

I tripped and hurt both wrists, we immediately drove to the walk in clinic for help and received excellent care from everyone we encountered. The staff was patient, polite and thorough. I even got called in a week early for surgery. All went well and Brittany is fantastic! I was overly concerned about messing up my tattoo and she made sure that it was matched perfectly.

Staff is very nice, polite and courteous. Dr. Hallen was the type of physician I would have if I had a regular doctor. He was patient, very detailed with his explanation and what I could expect from any further treatment. By far, he was 10 out of a 10 for my experience.

I have been seen by Dr Cook and brittani s. his P.A. for prior surgery before, both surgeries went absolutely amazing from preoperative to postoperative care. Brittani was even able to stitch my tattoo back perfectly! Very impressed and will recommend them to anyone needing wrist/hand/arm surgery.

Dr waterman Was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. He explained everything very well to me. And not only went over the dictation of the MRI but showed me pictures and films. And explained everything well. He asked if I had any questions. He was concerned he explained everything very clearly. And at the end I had no questions because he had explained everything so well. He is a great doctor I recommend him very friendly, very knowledgeable and very down-to-earth. Thank you for your service. I appreciate you robin fulmer

I found the staff to be very kind and welcoming. Everyone I delt with listened to me and answered all the questions I asked fully. Everyone was very helpful and very accommodating to my needs.

Had a great experience at their walk in clinic in Muncie! Everyone was very friendly and the NP was excellent! In and out in about 90 mins which is good for walk in clinic without appt. Highly recommend!
